I went back after 2 years of not using this place. Only reason is I found a free gift card my son had given me. The young man pulled my tailgate off the hinges and chipped my paint on my bumper. They didn't seemed to concerned about the damage. The manager was worried more about scolding the employee than he was apologizing for my chipped paint. Keep in mind my truck is a 24 model with 4k miles. It "was" in mint condition. Never going back there. My daughter went in for an inspection and ended up spending over a hundred dollars on that because they told her the car needed an oil change, air filter replacement, etc. She didn't know any better, so she will not be going there again either. Not happy with this place.

This is the second time I was not told the correct price for an oil change. I specifically asked what was the price for my car and was charged $20 more than quoted. Surprise charges. I WON'T GO BACK!

After car wash stopped at Food Lion. Noticed trunk was still very dirty. Took wipe from my car and wiped my trunk. The wipe was black. Checked the roof of car, same thing. Wipes were black. Had one of the more expensive washes. This should have been noticed when it was towel dried that it wasn't clean.
Called and spoke to the Manager. He was Very very Rude and Nasty!! So I called my bank and disputed the charges.
The Manager could have handled it in a Professional manner and just have offered another car wash. Instead he chose to be unprofessional and rude!!

Went to wash my car with a coupon my mom wanted me to use for helping her with some stuff. I showed it to the guy when I got out and he said I ordered a different car wash. The one I ordered cost more. I asked if he could discount the amount of the coupon from the total. He said yeah, ask them when you pay.waited 15 minutes at the desk and greeted by Jordan the assistant manager who when asked said no, different car wash. I explained that I spoke to the guy at the entry but Jordan just said no, can’t do it. I said it was silly because I got a more expensive car wash. He said no it’s not, it’s made to make us money!! He was completely rude, did not apologize for the misinformation or anything. Finally the person who did my car did great except did not do the back windows where all the dog nose prints are. Not going back though due to assistant manager. He has no customers service skills.

Today, we pulled in with our car that my fiancé has driven on his job site for years. You can imagine how terrible it was. Stains, stuck on candy from our 9 year old, grease stains, diesel smell. We told them that we were expecting any day, and this is the only car for us right now, as my car bit the dust. We asked them to clean the interior really well so that we can feel good about bringing baby home. They went above and beyond. Avery and Dallas worked on our car for over an hour and when I got in it, I didn’t recognize it! They did such a wonderful job and I feel good about bringing baby home in the car now. Betsy looks bright and shiny inside! Thanks guys!!

I had a very quick and happy experience. I didn't even know they did state inspections, which come to find out they do. Now I'm able to get my tags renewed.... Thank you guys so much Y'all are very nice.

This place is great if you want to work a dead end job and not get paid fairly to be an assistant manager at 12 dollars an hour when minimum wage is fifteen an in North Carolina in two weeks. Kudos bucko
