Denied a veteran service due to him being in a wheelchair. After years of him getting manicures and pedicures at this establishment, my grandfather was denied service here. Shameful and against ADA policies. Luckily, we found another nail salon in town that was HAPPY to take care of him and now he is a regular. Thanks Crystal Nails.

Took my elderly grandmother in for a pedicure and Shaun took exceptional care of her. Very detailed and considerate. Had an appointment and highly recommend this place!

I made an appointment for a Mani/Pedi for myself and a Gel Mani for my friend. When we walked in we were serviced immediately. The whole staff was wonderful and welcoming. Staff are very nice and welcoming. They fit me in even though I didn't have an appointment. Remember to bring cash for tip, as you can't add it to the card afterwards.
