I go there to pick my daughter and my medicine up all the time my everybody is so sweet and nice they even give my dog a treat I couldn’t feel more loved then I do when I see them

Customer service is really hit or miss with being kind or being rude and I constantly get texts that my prescriptions are ready for pick up and to get them by a certain date, only to get to the pharmacy and they’re not ready.

Well sadly this place has very little inventory. I ran in right at close(which is 6:00pm apparently). I have never known a CVS to close so early. I was quickly looking for a couple items as we had been traveling all day.I found the first and was looking at the limited options of mouth wash. A lady said "are you looking for something special our registers shut off right at close". Now this is a lie, and we all know it. Regardless, I wasn't planning to take forever and really didn't appreciate her rudeness.

If you have tons of time to kill and love waiting with the worst customer service, this is the place for you! I was told to wait then a rude woman came to the window to take my payment and couldn't answer any of my questions about my prescription and told me to wait for the person mixing my prescription. After another 15 minutes, I pressed the call button to see how much longer this would take and she proceeded to tell the woman mixing the prescription. Oh, she’s in a rush. Like I’ve already been waiting 20 minutes. Anyways a very frustrating interaction

I was a customer of this location before they became a CVS store. They have always offered a level of customer service that can not be found elsewhere. They greet me by name, they offer helpful information and it’s just overall a pleasant experience.They are extremely busy but never let that hinder their attitude. I own a real estate firm and would take any one of them based on the high level of customer service.

I know everyone has their own experiences, but I am really shocked at all the negative reviews on here. I just changed all my prescriptions to this CVS location due to relocating and they were nothing but amazing and accommodating. They even told me how I could save $60-70 on one of my prescriptions and I didn’t even bring that up. I just really enjoyed the friendliness and hospitality they showed me in every aspect of my first visit there. I’ve already gotten a text within 3 hours of being there that one of my prescriptions is ready. Great place and highly recommend!

I love how helpful they are in getting all my medication on automatic refills and working with me in explaining new medication and how to take it accordingly. Thanks y’all for everything it means a lot.

I'm confused. All of the negative reviews (and all others) for this location have suddenly disappeared. There were mostly 1 star reviews like this one and for good reason. SERIOUS decline in service quality after this location was purchased by CVS.

Ever since CVS has taken over Medical park pharmacy it has been a nightmare. I have come here 3 times and each time there is something they don't have. Then I am asked didn't you receive a call? "No" I never receive a call. I have such long wait times. I cannot recommend anyone to use this pharmacy any more. With this being said I understand that this is not the employees that are causing these issue rather then the company itself. Poor quality

What a joke, after changing from Medical park pharmacy my family's meds are split between the CVS in Carteret with no rhyme or reason of why the prescriptions are mixed up. When I wait for 2 hours to get my child's life saving meds only to get told they still cant fill them cause of computers being down, when they were supposed to get filled days before.... tried to get them changed over to Walgreen's cause ny kid need his meds asap. Only to be told that they have tried calling for days and told thier computer is down again and will be a week or two before they can transfer, needless to say have to call all my family doctors Monday morning just to get new prescriptions for everyone since they are being held hostage at the moment. Have gone to medical park for almost 20 years ....they did thier loyal customers dirty and the old employees obviously have not been trained to handle CVS computers. Stay far far away.
