Strongly recommend NOT TO USE THIS Company.Lois is very condescending and unwilling to assist when you have any concerns. If you choose to get a boat from this company have your own inspection done DO USE WHO THEY recommend he will only do a compression text do check all the operations on the motor or boat

We listed our 2018 Sea Hunt Ultra SE with Lois. The boat was in great condition and she was able to sell quickly! A great option for those looking to sell! Great location for visibility as well!

If you are considering purchasing a boat through Grand Slam, just do it! "Grand Slam" is exactly how I feel about my transaction. Lois and Jim were extremely responsive and helpful. Buying a boat online and 800 miles away can be an anxiety-producing ordeal but I had total confidence in how my boat was represented.

I would not recommend purchasing a boat from Grand Slam.If you purchased or are considering purchasing a 2016 Sea Fox from Grand Slam you should read this review.I was in the process of purchasing this boat from Grand Slam and offered the asking price of $99,995.00 and paid the deposit. The purchase was contingent upon the boat checking out. Any discrepancies found would be discussed only after the sea trial and thenwould be discussed with the owner.I hired a surveyor to evaluate the boat, on 6-1-2021 we attempted to perform the sea trial and the starboard engine would not start. We agreed that Grand Slam's mechanic would check out the engine and repair it as necessary and that we would reschedule the sea trialfor 6-8-2021 or 6-9-2021. Jim called me and told me that his mechanic checked out the engine and that there was nothing wrong with itand that it started right up. My surveyor had a cancellation so we were able to do the second sea trial on 6-4-2021. The starboardengine that failed to start on the first sea trial failed to reach the proper engine RPM. The starboard engine was 200 RPM below theport engine on all three attempts. My surveyor stated that industry standards are 50 RPM difference on twin engines. Before I couldexplain my concerns with the starboard engine, Lois interrupted and told Jim that if I did not purchase the boat that nightit would be put back on the market. The surveyor identified a fiberglass delam below the starboard engine, the starboard prop hasexcessive free play, that there are multiple SAFETY violations that must be corrected before the boat is operated.I have $906.75 invested in this boat and was not given the opportunity to discuss my concerns, not to mention why the hurry to closethe sale on 6-4-2021 when they were willing to wait until 6-9-2021 for the second sea trial had my surveyor not had a cancellation.I was being pressured into purchasing the boat without having my concerns addressed or even listened to. Jim did not speak up when Loissaid either buy the boat tonight or put it back on the market, explaining that there are issues with the starboard engine running 200 RPMbelow the port engine. The discrepancies that the surveyor found were supposed to be discussed after the sea trial, instead I was told eitherbuy the boat tonight or it goes back on the market. I spoke with Jim 6-9-2021 and asked him why the push to sell the boat on that night when wepreviously agreed the sea trial would be on 6-9-2021. He said we can't leave boats lingering on the lot, our responsibility is to the seller. So it appears that they are only concerned with selling the boat so that they can get their money, not making sure all parties are satisfiedand treated honestly and fairly.

I purchased a beautiful 2016 Key West 219FS from Grand Slam this past summer and couldn't be happier.I live just outside of Boston and purchased the boat before actually seeing it in person. Needless to say, I have never made such a large purchase without actually seeing what I'm buying with my own eyes so I was quite nervous when signing the purchase contract, wiring the money etc. This being said, Lois and Jim did a great job in answering all of my questions, providing me with additional photos of the boat and even set me up with a mechanic who went through the entire boat, test drove it and provided me with an excellent write up on the boat before I finalized the deal. Even then, I was biting my finger nails waiting for the delivery of the boat as I am extremely picky and was praying for a boat that was mint. I must say that I was blown away when the boat was delivered as it was even better than they said it would be! The boat is absolutely gorgeous and my family and I had an amazing summer cruising around the harbor and around the harbor islands in it. I can't count how many compliments that I received on the boat this summer as well. The warm weather can't come fast enough for us so that we can get back out on it again this year!I have been in sales for over 25 years and anyone who has worked with me will tell you that I'm a stickler for details and can be extremely critical but Lois and Jim delivered on what they promised and then some.I have many friends in this area who are looking for boats and I will be sure to recommend Lois and Jim to them all. If you are looking to deal with courteous, professional, honest people and are looking for a beautiful boat, I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and contact Lois and Jim at Grand Slam as they will do you right!

This has been a great experience. I'm a first time boat buyer. Lois made me very comfortable she took time out from Thanksgiving vacation in Florida to talk to me. She arranged everything from the boat inspection to the sea test. (Charles Coats)was very thorough and honest. Thanks Lois and Charles.

My wife and I live out of state and we were looking for a specific model we happen to come across one that was at grand slam boat sales we ended up hiring a mechanic to do a motor inspection and also do a sea trial on our behalf so we didn’t have to make the long trip there twice. We are so happy with our boat it was exactly what everybody said it was we can’t wait do use it for the rest of the summer I would highly recommend their services
