Lowe's for all of your home improvement needs. Stop by the local Morehead City, NC Lowe’s to pick up gardening supplies, check out new appliances and paint colors or try out new patio furniture. The store offers many items to choose from, like rugs in reasonable prices and specific plumbing items. Employees can be awesome, understanding, and extremely nice and helpful, going the extra mile and above and beyond to solve problems and stand behind what they sell. Some staff are extremely patient and promptly call for help when needed. However, sometimes they are no help at all, stating an item is not in stock even when the website shows it is available, requiring customers to finally find someone for assistance.
Workers are helpful But they need a big sign that says the registers that are for customer service are for customer service refunds because we waited in line thinking they were regular registers(I'm from out of town and my local Lowe's is set up a bit different)

Stephanie from MST in the Morehead city Lowes helped me today and went above and beyond! Her customer service skills are excellence! Even though she was busy doing her work, she saw that I needed assistance and reached out and helped. She should get a raise!
