I am writing to share a deeply disappointing experience with the service department at Mike Toler Dodge. On September 11, 2024, I brought my 2021 Ram 1500 to this dealership due to a check engine light indicating a cylinder 1 misfire. The vehicle was left overnight for diagnosis and repairs, which included replacing all spark plugs and a coil pack. While the repair work was completed, several serious issues arose that left me extremely dissatisfied with the service I received.
1. Significant Damage to the Driver’s Door: Upon picking up my truck on September 12, I immediately noticed that the upper corner of the driver’s door was bent outward. It appears as though a wedge or airbag device may have been used to forcibly open the door to retrieve keys that were locked in the vehicle. This damage was not present before the service, and given that I had driven 5.5 hours to a business conference in Beaufort immediately after leaving the dealership, I am certain that this issue did not exist prior to my visit. The door now has a noticeable gap where the seal no longer fits properly, allowing me to stick my finger through the weather stripping.
2. Excessive Road Noise: Shortly after leaving the dealership, I noticed an extremely loud road noise coming from the vehicle due to the door being damaged. This was a clear indication that something was wrong, as such noise was not present before the service. The compromised door seal contributes to this issue, further impacting the driving comfort and overall experience.
3. Tool Left in Engine Compartment: Adding to my frustration, I discovered a 13mm MAC wrench left in the engine compartment after picking up my truck. The wrench became lodged in the engine fan, creating a potential risk for severe damage. Fortunately, I was able to remove it myself, but this kind of oversight reflects poorly on the attention to detail and care during the service process.
4. Poor Customer Service: Upon returning to the dealership to address these concerns, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior from the service manager, Rob Coleman. Instead of providing a constructive response or apology, Mr. Coleman simply shook his head and rudely stated, “Didn’t happen here.” This lack of courtesy and resolution was deeply disappointing, especially considering the substantial cost of the service, which amounted to over $1,600. The service manager's response failed to acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration caused, further compounding my dissatisfaction.
Given these serious issues, I feel compelled to share my experience to ensure that others are aware of the potential risks involved when seeking service at Mike Toler Dodge. I hope that this review serves as a constructive critique and prompts the dealership to review and improve their service protocols and customer care practices.
I trust that the dealership will take this feedback seriously and work towards addressing these concerns to prevent similar experiences for future customers.

I have bought many cars and trucks over the years and I will admit purchasing my new 2017 RAM Big Horn truck from Rossie Manning was an easy going experience. None of this back and forth to the Sales Mgr. and we were treated as if we were the only customers there. Very professional and Mr. Toler was there as well working the floor. That stood out to me in a great fashion that the owner rolls his sleeves up and works just as hard as his sales people do. If it wasn't the distance it is from my home I would ask him for a job. Great people and yes I would by from him again.
This is my 5th purchase from Mike Toler's dealership. As with all the other purchases, this one was just as easy. Josh was great and my hat goes off to Sherry and Mike as well. If you want a no hassle purchase of a new or previously owned vehicle, then this is the family dealership you want to purchase/lease your next vehicle from. Once you do you are family! Thanks for the pleasure of being a part of this family.

Got in touch with the parts department lady was cutting me off, rude and hung up the phone before I could even get to telling her my Vin number that she asked for. I’ve been in this town for a week and a half and I’m telling you I’m never giving them a dollar

Great experience all around. Enjoyed working with Robert R. on my purchase. Meeting Mike and his other team members made me feel like a valued customer.
If service department is as good as sales, I'll be a happy camper!

Local Jeep owner here who generally dislikes dealerships.
I am seriously impressed with Mike Toler Jeep. I've sold vehicles here and had them serviced as well. Very reasonable. I would not hesitate to buy, sell, or service a Jeep here. Some of the mechanics are certified in electrical repairs. I buy a lot of parts here as well from Brett, have spoken to Jordan in service, worked with Sherrie the sales manager, and Mike himself works in an office. Fantastic crew. I'm really happy to have them nearby. Buy your next Dodge or Jeep here. You'll be happy.

I admit I am not fond of car shopping. K.C. Is the best salesperson! He is so knowledgable and helpful yet is not pushy. I bought the vehicle that met my needs perfectly. Toler and K.C. get five stars from me!

Went to look at a Dodge ram 3500 dually, asking price $44,900 on internet. after 2 hrs there paperwork comes out they raised the price to $46,800 try to tell me they discounted it $2200 making the sale price $44,600 plus still had doc fees, taxes and plates to pay on top. My opinion if you $46,800 for your truck list it on the Internet for that. Complete waste of time.
