“We had a great experience with Realo in morehead city. Super friendly staff. Very helpful with our prescription issues. And added bonus, they actually answer the phone when you call unlike the big stores. It has the old time drug store feel to the place. Drive through window, no huge lines.”
“A (friend) customer is hard to tell sometimes, or my parents have been doing business off and on for 25 years. The actual pharmacist is level-headed and tries to respect and handle each person herself. Also, I doubt I've ever waited longer than 20 minutes.Plenty of parking with all the required accessibility specifications and postings.”

“Kristin, pharmacist and pharmacy manager, and Sondra, pharmacist, and the other pharmacists and techs were so helpful to me and my family this past week! We had evacuated our area b/c of Helene and our Boone Walmart pharmacy was destroyed and indefinitely closed. We were struggling to find any pharmacy to help us, especially without being able to contact the Boone store. Kristin and Sondra figured out how to get all of our prescriptions transferred and filled, so we would have them when we went back to Boone today! Everyone in the Morehead City Walmart Pharmacy were so helpful and we are so grateful to all of them for taking this huge worry off our plates! Thank you! ?❤️?”
“Don't try to pick up a Rx between 5pm and 6pm. The drive through were 10 deep and going inside to pick up Rx isn't better. They were 10 deep as well. Course the same 2 people (pharmacist and pharmacy technician) are all there is. Inside or outside they can only handle 1 at a time. Walgreens ceos and share holders need to come off some $$$ and help your staff cause they are killing themselves for you.”

Coupon machine is visible as you walk into the guts of store. 45 minutes ride is worth trip for great customer service..on 99% visits. Easy pass card gives me $10 every month, but savings are great.-Andrea”
“I just spent 1 hour and 5 minutes on hold at the Centerville Virginia CVS trying to cancel a prescription. This CVS in Moorhead is my hometown pharmacy. I called and was transferred and Jimmy picked up immediately. He has been the most helpful pharmacist I have ever had. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of service that you provide in a courteous patient manner. Thank you so much for being here and for all the support you provide to our community. I cannot imagine having to live in the Virginia area, so densely populated with so many people nobody answers the phone nobody provides any courtesy or customer service. I'm so glad I don't live there.”

“Love shopping there. They have great meat, Deli, Produce and Bakery departments. They carry a large line of products from dairy to cosmetics to choose from. They carry Boars head lunch meat and cheeses. The only bad thing is the carts , they are outside and sometimes there are none in the cart area so you have to go to the parking lot to get one. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful . I also save on gas with my VIP card. Handicap parking and access. Restrooms are clean and orderly”
