Like most banks buildings today big, mult-level with grand entrances. Another trend is more than just a multiple lane drive-through like PNC. Kind of like self- checkout in stores, the only reason to go inside of a bank in 15 or 20 years will be to get help with a technical issue, the A.I (Artificial Intelligence) with do most everything else. Parking is the real issue for now 2023. It is squeezed in-between Dairy-Queen and a strip center, plus it is elevated above the HWY. Remember to take it slow with caution. Pulling in off the road, even a normal vehicle would probably bottom out.

Been banking here for about 2 years and the ATM NEVER wants to work unless you put only 5 bills in at a time. You’d think they would replace it.

I have been at this bank before it was PNC. I was here at the open of Centura and have remained a loyal customer because it’s been convenient for me since I only live a mile away. Normally when I deposit a check it appears immediately in my funds available, but recently I have noticed that when I need my funds the most and I deposited my check on Thursday.. it’s still not available to pay my bills on Friday night. This is a huge inconvenience for me! For I’m single and have many bills and need to pay my bills as I am paid. So after being at this same location, first with centura(which I miss) and now with PNC.. a total of probably 30 years I’m very disappointed.. and then I call the toll free number to find out when my funds will post(which always had 24 hour associates)now only work certain hours! So now I have no clue when I can pay my bills with my own money.. I’m very frustrated my money is tied up and i can’t even find out when it will post! Very disappointed

I have had a home equity line with PNC for 20 years. In renewing it this year, it was unbelievable the amount of information required and the continuing changes of what they requested. It was the worst service I have ever received from any business except Spectrum. And a credit score of 800+.

Called into branch office today to speak to a rep about 2 existing banking accounts, got NOWHERE with the rep...only wanted to talk on phone...WHAT HAPPENED TO PERSONAL BANKING?????????????

A very shady institution if you have a mortgage with them. They don't notify you when you can get rid of the mortgage insurance and make it hard for you to get rid of it as well. You'll pay extra Very hard to get info.
