“If you are looking for a realtor who is patient, kind, efficient, and understanding. Mrs. Lemmond is the person for you. During our timeframe together she has been everyway helpful in my transition process of selling my home. Very informative and knowledgeable with all my questions, and understandable to various situations. If one could give all the superlatives, I would, because i would definitely request them again.”

“Best rental pickup and return process I've experienced in many years of renting at the beach. Our unit was a perfect size for our family of six adults. Great beachfront and terrific view from top balcony. No problems with parking. A nice perk, after driving hours to get to the beach, to find some toilet paper and paper towels in the unit (even though we brought our own) was a great start. There was even hand soap at the sinks. Again, we brought our own, but it was so nice not to have to dig it out of all our packed items immediately. Kitchen was furnished properly with really decent items. Our previous units looked like they had been furnished with thrift store leftovers. It made the whole experience much nicer. I liked that you could tell the owners still cared about the unit and may even come stay there themselves on occasion. A couple of family photos were a nice touch. A boardwalk to the dunes and up and over and you were on the beach. They had some nice bad weather options in the unit, and so when it rained for 3 days, we broke out a large, jigsaw puzzle. Loved the location. Would stay again!”

“My Al Williams realtor , Leigh Anna Weaver, treated me like I was a multi million dollar customer. She was available 24/7 throughout the entire process of searching and purchasing my new home on the Crystal Coast. I am so pleased and grateful to have her as my realtor”

“Kristy and Chuck were wonderful to work with. We were selling my mother-in laws house and we live out of state. They helped us find excellent people to make the needed repairs, getting us the best value for the best price. Checking on the house for us and keeping us abreast of how the repairs went. They go over and above on customer service and satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving in or out of the area. They truly are the best.”

“Usually good but my last stay at Atlantic beach was a disappointment. Someone dropped the ball on out condo upkeep. worst place I ever stayed. Otherwise in the past, they were top notch.”
