I placed a mobile order for an activator smoothie Strawberry banana, it seems that they forgot my mobile order. Also, when I received my smoothie, they forgot to put the strawberries in it. They did not fill it up all the way to the top either.

My last 3 visits to this location have been horrible. Opening time is 7 am and the location is not open. Another visit at 7:15 am a few weeks later and the associate tells me that they are not open for business and this morning 2/23 the associate is no where to be found until about 7:20 am and tells me that they are out of product.

I went in and asked for the peanut butter power smoothie with chocolate and I got a cup of water with chocolate. She did not put in the peanut butter or the banana for the dates or protein. Literally water and some ice and chocolate. I am so confused about what I just got. She asked me how to make it and I pointed at the board and said the smoothie I just ordered… with chocolate… yet it was still messed up. Literally got ice water and chocolate… and don’t understand why she asked me how to make it. It’s literally on the board… and that’s your job, not mine.

I'm writing this because I want smoothie king Corporate to do better for hiring! There is a havelock Smoothie king that hasn't even opened because of hiring issues. There is only one employee always working and they're almost always an adult. I'm assuming no teenagers want to work. Smoothie kings have amazing smoothies and products! Maybe y'all need to give better benefits to employees or something. Do better smoothie King Corp. you're losing money. I've seen customers walk out the door over and over again. Maybe if you don't want to pay a human to make the smoothie then incorporate the robot arms that make smoothies. Then install a huge touch screen like McDonald's for customers to order. Change things up! Take my advice.

This Veteran's Day 2023 was the first with my new sidekick. I had her bundled up from the cold in the car and ran inside to get a quick smoothie. Thank you for honoring our Veteran's! That smoothie made my day! It was so good! I will be back!

First time I've had poor service at this location. Went in to order a protein smoothie that I normally order every week and was told that they were unable to take specific requests. They usually have no problem making it seeing they have all the ingredients. It seemed like the person serving did not want to be there and was rushed out. Wish I could say I would come back but likely not to do so after this

The last 3 times I've come to this place the service just get worst. I tried to give it a chance but some employees dont want to do their job. I came in and ordered 3 bowls 2 of the pb swizzle and 1 berry sting. The acai base for pbswizzles was not even half way full. They made 2 bowls out of what should have been 1. And the 1 berry sting was full as it should be. When I addressed I was told that they did the right measurements. Not the case atall. I came again and theyDidn't want to honor my rewards. Worst smoothie king I've been to.

Showed up waiting 10 min with no one in the shop. Finally someone comes out of the restroom swearing at the line to look around the corner and call the dude who was ther on his phone the whole time....we followed an older lady out aswell l.....why not lower cost and just shut this one down?

Management needs to get things straight. I wasn’t happy with my smoothie and I went up to the front counter where I assume the manager, who had hair that was not properly secured, took my smoothie behind the counter and placed it onto a food contact area that also had an employee beverage on it. The 94.5 rating makes a lot of sense seeing some things that are going on at this location. Cameron was kind enough to make sure the problem was solved after already going above and beyond to keep the line moving and being a great example of customer service. Manager/front counter employee doesn’t seem to be intentionally rude but she needs a lesson or two in how to speak to a customer.

We came in tonight for smoothie bowls with only one employee working and he was working so efficiently to get everyone’s order done. Great job and very friendly!
