The sales person was helpful and knowledgable about printers and ink and compared models. While they did t have the toner u needed they ordered it online and it arrived 2 days later. I am very happy we have a brick and mortar store to shop.

The staff are friendly and easy to find what you need. The condition of the store does seem run-down. It could use a bit of a face-lift especially the entrance.
