I was looking for fittings for my natural gas grill out side hook up. I needed 1/2” male to 3/8” female along with a coupling to bring it all together. I knew this was a bit specific for Lowe’s so went to Ace hardware. Severally disappointed as Ace is no longer what it was. No help what so ever. Went to Lowe’s and did get help but they just didn’t have what I needed. Lowe’s associate suggested I go to William Hardware. Next morning I went to William’s Hardware and after spending collectively 5 hours with all others I got exactly what I needed after 5 minutes at William’s Hardware. . That settles it Williams hardware is always my go to from this day forward.

Definitely recommend if you need hardware or housing items. They are ALWAYS helpful and friendly. If you can't find something at other stores and the big box hardware stores...there is a good chance Williams will have it or help you get it.

I needed hardware to fix a broken part on a barstool on our back porch. I went to several places and could not find anyone knowledgeable enough or with the proper hardware for my solution. Robbie at true value hardware took all the time needed with me to find the right pieces of hardware and even had to drill on one of the plastic pieces I needed for a grommet to make everything work, right. The solution works for under $10 and the service I got a true value far surpasses anything I've ever for had at any other hardware store. In the future, I'm going here first because they can make it work for you. They come with my highest recommendation!
