I called and they said they would hold 2 phones. Got there one hour later and they didn't have the 2 new iPhones. It cost me time and money for baby sitting. Then today I called to see if they would hold me 2 of the new Samsung 21 and the same thing happened. PLEASE BYPASS AND GO TO NEW BERN.

My husband and I went into this store location and bought 2 new phones. The young lady that waited on us was super sweet but knew nothing of what she was doing! We ended up staying at the store for 2 hours b/c she couldn't figure out how to port my husband's phone # to his new phone that we had just bought from them (us cellular..morehead city NC). If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

I drive to this store for service even though the Jacksonville location is closer to me. I have always gotten good service here. Other locations act like your bothering them with your questions or if you want to buy something in their store. This last time I upgraded my wife's iPad and upgraded my phone, they were able to get me a good deal and answer all my questions about the new phone.

Bought a phone yesterday and signed up for service. Top notch service all around. Salesman ( T Ron , hope I spelled that right ) took care of everything . Highly recommend.

I wish I could give this place no stars. Customer Service here is obsolete. Plan on always having at least an hour or more waiting to be scene. Representatives are deceitful on promotions anything to make a sale and with any issues, just direct you to a 1800 number. We have had them for 5 plus years and its just not worth what we pay!

Much better this time, Tom was very patient and helpful. The last time I went there the woman (not Rachel) was a hateful person. If I weren't under contract I would have told US Cellular to "stick it!!!" because of her!!! Even though I dreaded going there tonight, I'm glad I did. Tom redeemed my opinion of US Cellular. Thank you Tom, I appreciate someone who cares about customer service

I called to pay my bill which I usually do online but site not loading so I called in to pay it. Tried paying my past due about which was 95 and some change but they only took out 92.00 so i had to do another transaction for 3.12 which i did. I checked my account next day and they had take out the 92 dollars plus an additional 312.97 which I did not authorize and I called and asked them to refund my money it was their error twice, but since I did not see errors same day they can not reverse it. Terrible customer service and they lie to their customers to do the deal.

I wasn't here for myself. I was with someone else who where getting service. They seem to like the phone and plan that they purchase and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.
Update:
I have actually switched from straight to US Cellular myself. It's the exact same prepaid plan as straight talk. Unlimited everything for $55 a month. The only difference I believe is that straight talk will let you use 20+ of high speed data before they slow you down and US Cellular slows down after 15gbs high speed data. I don't use that much data so it's ok with me. I switched because straight talk nicer phones are too expensive and I really needed a new phone. If it wasn't for that, I probably wouldn't have switched. Service seem to be the same as straight as well. I was on Verizon towers with straight talk.

I am extremely happy with all the help I received this morning!! Rachel has gone above and beyond in an effort to help me with every problem I threw at her. Also the atmosphere in this office was all positive and supportive of their co workers. Rachel does not see problems, only solutions!! I cannot Thank her enough!!
