Well too start there are no pens for anyone to make a package complete. There is garbage boxes laying around the office.. and nobody will answer the door for a pen to write with...in office for ten minutes standing around knocking on doors for help...why have boxes and envelopes and nothing to write with to me makes no sense.

February I had to mail an overnight package to Colorado, It cost me $31.98 for overnight to Colorado the representative at the Post Office guaranteed it would be there the next day or you would get your money back was her exact words, The letter took 6 days to get there, I went in to get my money back and now I was told that she made a mistake and if the weather was bad you couldn't get your money back, This was an important overnight letter had to be certified it cost us a lot of money to do everything that had to be done to get the letter written to get it certified and to get it there which it did not get there, I asked to talk to the postmaster a man came out and he said I could not get my money back it was closed in the system I would have to challenge it on my credit card they did not care that I had a lot of problems and they did not care that I did not get my letter there or that I was promised my money back you could tel,l they had lackadaisial attitude,. On that same day I mailed 4 letters from that Post Office to New Jersey one of them had a gift card in it those letters from that Post Office never reached New Jersey. This is March 5th. They were mailed on the 21st of February. I told the Post Office manager that I did not get those letters delivered either and they had gift cards in them. He could care less his response was when they leave the Post Office were not responsible for it. There is only one Afro-American lady in that Post Office who is professional I don't know her name she's tall but she's professional she seems to care she has empathy and she has watched me Be embarrassed by the other woman that's in there an older lady that's ready or should retire who has a argumentative and very sharp short temper I have reported her in the past and there was no nothing done about it. I stopped going there for a year. But on this day I had to get that letter out and I went to my local Post Office I go all the way to Newport or Swansboro so not to use my local Post Office because of the lady that's in there and because of the poor poor customer service. What is wrong with our Post Office. I have seen people cry in that Post Office from the attendant behind the counter I have seen people be Humiliated.. I will not go back to this Post Office I am also writing a letter to the top postmaster this is wrong. I thought you couldn't tamper with the United States mail. Or is this Post Office exempt from that law as well?

I've never been to this Post Office BECAUSE I'M DISABLED AND RELY ON THEM TO DELIVER MY MAIL, but even that seems to be too difficult a task for them to figure out how to do. Many times they've put packages into the cluster box at our apartment complex office that only fit into the box when the main door is open (the door that permits access to ALL of the boxes and can only be opened by the Postal employee) but cannot be retrieved through the opening when the individual box door is opened. A carrier has also been STUPID ENOUGH to use my planter next to my apartment door as a place to set a 6lb box instead of simply setting the package on the concrete next to the planter! About a week ago they somehow changed a delivery scheduled to be delivered to me to HOLD status for pickup by the customer and said that it was done at the request of the customer (me) and that was a damned LIE! I'm disabled with no Driver's License, no personal transportation, and would never have made such an asinine request. Today Feb 5th 2025, they say they attempted a delivery and that too is a damned LIE! I've been home all day and NOBODY has been to my apartment with any of the packages for my Amazon Subscribe and Save! I'm getting tired of the BULLSHIT originating from this Post Office! The only employee there I have any confidence in is my REGULAR Postal Carrier, Dottie Pinkham.
I was informed by Dottie that nothing was delivered because my Apartment number was missing from all shipments which leaves me with one question. Why did nobody think to look at their database and find the full address associated with my name? I know it's in there! This is COMMON SENSE and part of their job.

I arrived at the Post Office 4 mins before closing... had drawn the shades down and locked the door. Hours are 0830 to 1700.

They don’t care, because it’s the post office but this office is the worst I’ve experienced. Two letters never arrived at the destination and my Mother’ Day card I sent to my mother in Florida took 18 days to get to her. There’s some serious flaws at this office. Beware.

I no understand want o pay for IRS and buy money order for $2,044 and the lady Name Debbie say I need 3 money order an When I want to pay she say I need paid exactly money because she can’t give me change is ridiculous, I think is no like Spanish people

If I could give no stars I would. The mail lady has sent my letters back for no reason. I get an hour lunch break and I have called for my ENTIRE lunch break and not one person will pick up the phone!!!

Seriously?!! YOU HAVE ONE JOB - DO IT! The flag was up, the box was full of outgoing mail. You dropped off one letter and didn't take the mail!

The service is ok. It needs a little bit of organization. I go there for my stamps and drop off my packages. Things have changed here over the years. The staff appears as if they do not care to be there at all.

I've never experienced worse customer service at any Post Office I've ever been to. Tia was especially unhelpful and condescending. Most employees here that I've interacted with have zero social skills or personality. Francisco is the only exception- he is friendly and helpful.
