not the best place to take your car to be serviced. it took them over an hour just to figure out how to change the tire on our suburban. they called my husband to come do their job for them.

So Walmart changed the check out system again, and I could not get my card to go through. Asked for help and apparently that was too much for the employee to deal with. Very rude and made it known she did not want to be bothered with helping a dumb customer who could not figure out the new pin pad. I thanked her profusely and I really hope her day gets better.

got me in right away for my car to be dropped off while I shopped. the auto Machanic was quick and good. self check out persons extremely helpful and ready to help before I even asked. rest of salespeople were available and made eye contact for you to ask a question.

I didn't know walmart was in the habit of taking advantage of a disabled adult. I am disabled with heart failure and coronary artery disease. I ordered some items online for pickup at the store. One of the items was not available, the store did not have it in stock and they canceled it. I was charged for it anyway. I called their customer service 3 TIMES! All I wanted was a refund for the item that wasn't there. Instead, the (I'll be nice, God only knows why though) customer service charged me AGAIN for the same items minus the item that wasn't there. This would have been fine IF THEY HAD REFUNDED THE ENTIRE PURCHASE THEN CHARGED ME. But, they didn't not only did they not refund my money, they charged me AGAIN for the same items! I then put in a review of the item, a manager called me, then called me a few hours later and said she couldn't help me because the purchase was not at her store. Why the review was even directed to her, only God knows. As a last attempt to rectify the situation, I took my proof to the store in Morehead, I spoke with the lady in returns, she couldn't understand, I spoke with the assistant manager, she couldn't understand, then I spoke with the COG, or manager and it didn't want to understand and gave me the number of customer service. My next recourse is to find a lawyer that will take this case of taking advantage of a disabled adult! All I wanted was my $29.89 back. I would attach some pics, but some of my personal information is on the receipts and bank proof.

It is so sad to walk up to a register and the employee does not acknowledge you with a hello or even half a smile. I don't know what Wal Mart can do to make the employees happier. They are just there- like dead zombies ringing up your items. SAD- If I were manager, I would be ashamed to receive a report like this. 6/27/22

On Monday October 25,2021 at 1:28pm I snapped some pictures. It was pretty early for Walmart to have had a very busy day (I thought). I went into the woman's fitting room and much to my surprise it was filthy. With "Covid" running around you would think things would be a little cleaner in a Walmart store. I don't think I'm overly cautious but this was down right "piggy"

The Morehead City Walmart just lost our business forever. After waiting in line to check out (only one cashier on the front end) and bagging our own groceries, the check reader could not read our check. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. I called my bank (where our account has been for more than 20 years) to make sure nothing was amiss with our account and was reassured that the problem was Walmart, not our check. Nothing was done by Walmart to fix the problem. There is no reason for not having enough cashiers at a store that does the volume of business this one does. There is also no reason for not having equipment that works as it should.That's the end of shopping at Walmart !

I was at self check out at the New Burn NC Wal-Mart and there was a group of employees standing together chatting , the store was getting ready to close for the night so I assume they were waiting to shut down the rest of the self checkouts, anyway I asked if one of them could step over to my register so I could show explain to them what my intentions were and it would not look like I was stealing a rug, a girl in customer service named Nicole said do we look like a group of animals over here or something. Another female came over and I showed her I scanned my rug and placed it inside my storage tote, while while I was explaining this I could over hear Nicole making jokes to another employee and bashing the customers inside the store saying things like they need to hurry up and get out, and that she was no ones little puppet! I will never go back to this store because of her, and I think walmart of new burn NC needs to replace her with better customer service!

I just had such a horrible experience with NIcole at your New Bern North Carolina store that I am still livid even after driving home.I ordered an item online and got an email saying I could pick it up by 8 PM At about 815 I called twice to two different departments and nobody answered the phone at all. So I drove to the store.Nicole was working in Customer Service. I explained that happened and she said "that's not us" I asked if she could find out what happened to my order and she said "they are probably behind" I asked is she could help me and she said "there is nothing I can do".I asked if I could go back and get the item and have her let me leave the store and she said I would have to cancel it online and buy it again. I said I am not going to wait to get my money back. I asked to talk to the manager and she said she is the manager. I asked to talk to her manager and she would not tell me that person's name. Finally I asked for her name and phone for my complaint to corporate and she just quit talking to me. .As I was leaving another employee who must have heard me asked if I was there to get and name the item, so he knew. He took me to a room where my book case was sitting. Nicole obviously was just making up excuses when she said they were behind.It is unacceptable for someone at "Customer Service" to not have just called the head of the appropriate department to find out about a customer's order. It is unacceptable for "Customer Service " to ever flat tell a customer that they will do nothing . It is unacceptable for "Customer Service " to expect a customer to pay for an item twice and wait for a refund.A manager should be able to help a customer without turning around and refusing to provide the contact information to make a complaint ... be it the next level of management all the way up to corporate.

So many great items at this location! We found everything we needed. Cheaper than the large hardware stores. Staff was very friendly and all seemed to really enjoy working there.
