When a reputable auto repair shop tells me, "we'd love to work on your truck, but we are Slam covered up. I cannot give you a date. Call Wayne's. He's got a great team abd does foreign vehicles." . .well, I listen.
Great experience. Easy to work with staff, always focused on helping out. A/C repair came in under the fair quoted estimate. Everything working great.

Our vehicle quit while going down the highway and we had it towed to Wayne’s Auto Group. It took them a week to let us know it ran out of gas. The gauge was still reading that it had gas, but it did not. While patiently waiting without a vehicle for a week, we heard from a relative over the weekend that he saw one of the mechanics at a gathering and it was talked about that our vehicle ran out of gas. Sounded ridiculous that he would know this, but he in fact did, 4 days before us. They knew this for almost a week and never gave us a call. We had to call several times on the last day they had it in order to get an answer. They claimed they didn’t know until that day, but that was a lie. Very dishonest experience. There are a list of repairs to be done, but we definitely don’t feel we can trust Wayne’s Auto Group.

What a great experience. My daughter’s engine blew just as she was deploying. A neighbor referred us to Billy at Wayne’s automotive what a pleasure they were to deal with. I took my vehicle in for an oil change and 'check-up'. I just returned from a 1,576 mile trip and wanted to be sure that all my parts and fluids were as they should be. I trusted that they would be honest and not try to make my believe I needed something that I really didn't.

Phenomenal experience! Shane was able to squeeze me in late in the afternoon, after my car broke down. They were able to diagnose and fix my problem in a very short amount of time, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Waynes Automotive because they’re great staff and sevice.
