Do not bank here bank with Wells Fargo for 13 years had a check to the mobile deposit from Wells Fargo and they wouldn't take it because it was a electronically printed check thanks for leaving me stranded

It takes forever to get waited on inside. You have to stand in line the longest time ever. And usually there is only 1 or 2 tellers opened to wait on people inside

Cannot get a medallion signature at this location any longer. Larger banking establishments should have more services. Apparently that isn't true any more.

Not sure why this is rated so poorly, but I ran through the drive through and had wonderful, quick service. Melody was great and very helpful.

Representatives took an hour to attend me ! Good thing I’m switching to Navy Fed. Wells Fargo is such a disappointment.

Zero stars! No customer service for online banking issues, unless you want to be on-hold on phone foe 30+minutes No email or chat communication, and of course they have down sized.

11 years banking with them. Needed to open an account for my teenage daughter who has to be present. I am a single parent. And they were not willing to work me in setting up an appointment ( I work from 7 am to 4 pm ) I can be there 15 minutes after 4pm. Disappointed.Found out that BB&T closes at 6 pm on FridaysPerfect!

Just. Don't. As you can see via the multiple 1 star reviews, this branch is a non option whether it is because the ATM is not functioning, and that happens A LOT, or they keep you waiting for scheduled appointments then blow you off, the level of "we just don't care" is at critical mass. They clearly have no intention of alleviating these issues, so my advice...GO ELSEWHERE. You are very welcome.

After waiting for my scheduled appointment that I had to make. I was asked to reschedule my appointment because they were backed up. All the time I can only assume the manager is walking around in general conversation with people. Why was she not taking up the slack. I will never do business with this bank.

dumpsterfire of a bank, they don't care about your business. online banking is terrible, they make it very hard to find out how much they are stealing from you. they lie about interest rates and everything is technicalities, fine print, corporate BS. if you're looking for a bank, GO FAR away from wells fargo
