She was very rude when she called to handle my return and initially tried to say I was wrong about the purchase I made missing a piece when it clearly stated on the package it was part of it. She rolled her eyes and huffed off as the wonderful assistant manager continued to help me. Lex needs a raise. Michelle needs lessons in customer service.”
