I went to my local AT &T store in Morganton because I had questions about my phone and my bill. The AT & T representative (Brayden) was so professional, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend this store! Thank you, Brayden!

I came in very dissatisfied with the person I saw the previous day. I don't know his name, but he was rude and disrespectful. Marquis was respectful and knowledgeable and turned an awful dissatisfied into a delightful experience. Marquis and people like him are the reason we stay with AT&T!

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I have never had a good customer service experience in the store after having been there a few times. Today I went to buy an Apple Watch and they had a promotion for buy one get one free but the salesman never mentioned the promotion, never offered it to me, and when I called back afterwards to ask why [Because I found out about it from national customer service] his response was that I only asked for the Apple Watch. Also the Apple Watch they sold me had a passcode on it, which national customer service explained means that someone had opened it up and set it up before so it wasn’t really a new watch out of the box. FYI, this is a Verizon franchise, it is not a corporate store. I recommend you steer clear of it and go to Hickory’s corporate store for your AT&T needs.

The staff were amazing,Donovan was amazing. But sitting talking to Donovan I was overhearing this woman I believe her name is Lindsey she was helping customers and watching how she treat customers and how much knowledge I'll definitely come back with that staff.

Marquis was a super friendly, very knowledgeable guy. He helped answer all of our questions, and he seemed like he really enjoyed his job. My wife and I love our new phones. Walked right in and left with what we wanted. Thank you for being so helpful and nice!

AT&T itself can be very frustrating sometimes, but we spoke with Donavon and he was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. We were switching my boyfriends Version phone number to a new AT&T phone on my account, and it was a long and arduous process. Mr. Donavon made the process as smooth as he could, and was extremely helpful and patient with us
