Shannon was the associate we spoke with while we were in the store! She was very nice and very informative. She helped with every step of the process!! Very, very happy with AT&T and the associates at the Morganton location and I am happy with my new phone and our service! 10/10!!

Very rare to find such a great employee who not only was so helpful but even stayed an hour after closing to complete the transfer of data from my old phone to my new phone! Very happy!

Me and my wife had such great service with them. Went to Verizon wireless and they didn't care about anything and acted as if I was a burden to him. At&t was a 20 out of a 10. So glad we choose them over Verizon.

Hands down the best customer service! I would highly recommend anyone that's looking for phone service to go visit the Morganton at&t store everyone was so nice, friendly and patient with us.

Hello, I had to mention how great this store is. I also noticed the negative review about the prepaid. I for one was in the store during that interaction, and the customer refused to pay the activation fee so the kind reps recommended they go across the street to Walmart to get a kit which doesn’t charge and activation fee. Not once was leaving for lunch mentioned. This is a great location with wonderful staff!!!

I had such a great experience finding a new phone for my daughter. Odalis was very nice and showed great hospitality. She answered all my questions and was happy to help. Highly recommend asking for her whenever you guys stop by!

Very unprofessional. Went in to get my phone turned on & to get a prepaid plan and they wouldn’t do it. Said they were all getting ready for lunch & told me I’d have to pay them extra money if they were to stay over from their lunch break to help assist me. They then suggested I go to Walmart to buy my own activation kit to save them and myself “the time and trouble”. If you’re not willing to do your job & assist your customers as you’re being paid to do, then I suggest staying home or not working in customer service in general.

I had a wonderful experience an employee of the name of I think it was Sky they helped me with putting the sim card in the right spot it got knocked out of place and I didn't have a phone tool to reach the sim card and did it with chipper attitude and a nice smile!

A young man named Sky helped us upgrade our phones and service a few months ago. Once of the best customer services experiences we ever had. AT&T is very fortunate to have this young man. He represents the company superbly.

We just switched our cell service to AT&T a few days ago. We received our phones yesterday, and had difficulty activating a couple of them. I spent about an hour online, chatting with representatives on the AT&T site, and I was transferred three times, the last being the department manager for advanced tech who told me that I would either have to call AT&T or go to a nearby store because the problem we were having was unusual. I went to the store in Morganton where I met Sky. It took him all of 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong. Either this kid needs a raise, or he needs a promotion to the tech department, or both. He was fantastic, and he knew what he was doing. The next time I have to go to the Morganton store, I hope Sky is there!

We have been going to this AT&T store since we moved here in 2014. The employees have changed over the years, but have always had a good experience with everyone we have dealt with, especially Sky. Sky has been most helpful with all our questions and sales!

Chelsey at the Morganton NC store gave me 100% of her time. I changed cell providers and got the latest IPhone. She took care of every need and did not let me leave until she knew my phone was successfully set up and updated to the latest version. Customer service is lacking in most local stores these days and I was pleasantly surprised it was not lacking in this store.
