Had a new battery put in and my car still wouldn't start and it was because of the way it was put in because I have tightened all the screws up and now it works. I would say that whoever put it in didn't know what they were doing.

Every time I go in the AutoZone they give me the wrong part or some other random nonsense that causes me to have to make two or three trips to finally come out of there with what I actually went for to begin with. A couple of those times it ended up being my fault. Really though I don't know any auto parts store that gets it right on the first try. Turns out you don't have to know anything about automotives to work in an auto parts store. It's just always seemed to me like a job that would require some experience or some knowledge in that particular area in order to properly take care of People's automotive needs. Play heavily rely on their computer system to tell him whatever so if you don't provide the exact right information you will get the wrong part real quick. Do yourself a favor and be sure do you have gathered the correct information and enough info in order to receive the proper part you need to not go through a bunch of trouble of returning to the AutoZone three times and give them a hard time there when it turns out to be your fault all alone for giving them the wrong information.

even with a receipt and card in hand* they will not give you cash back... says it can take 7-10 days for money to be reimbursed, however i couldnt leave store until it was paid for so why return a product an wait over a week for your money to be paid back????
