If I could leave 0 stars I would, the pharmacist Chris was extremely rude when asking to have insulin and diabetic test strips refilled. Saying that we could not use pregnancy Medicaid to cover but as soon as we switch to another pharmacy they're covered. He didn't want to waste his time to look up my wife's health insurance information just wanted to speed up the process by denying us. I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague as well as the pharmacist Chris. Made a second trip after speaking with Medicaid case worker and verifying that insulin and test strips were covered. Get to window and they again deny us saying Medicaid covers no medications or prescriptions, their lack of care and willingness to know what they're talking about sicken me.

terrible service, Doctor sent in prescription a week ago, cvs app just said processing, then said they did not have medicine, no attempt to actually get it or get alternative. I call today and lady was rude and just said prescription was inactive and couldn't help.

Terrible service, transferred all my medications there a few months ago. The sales pitch and promises sounded great, then reality set in. Every business makes mistakes, it is how they handle them that matters. I asked questions about an new drug I was prescribed, I could not get a straight answer, that was the beginning. The next red flag.....Almost all of my prescriptions are for 90 days and I was trying to keep them all lined up so I didn't have to go there several times a month (I take 15 prescribed medications) Today I found one of my prescriptions was shorted half of the pills, I paid for 90 days and got only 45 days. They said it was my insurance that didn't want to pay but for only 45 days (I have never heard of 45 day Rx only 30, 60, or 90 days) I said it didn't make sense and could they just complete the order with 90 pills and just mail it to me when the insurance paid....OK all good..... She said wait I can override the insurance and get it for you in 10 minutes (Why didn't they do this when it was prescribed for 90 days?) ....OK sounds good to me, I said I wanted to get all my medications lined up to 90 days so I didn't have to come here several times a month. She said we have a program that will get everything lined up but will give you a 90 day supply instead of a 45 day. I said your software will just make the problem worse, and we should just do it manually....All good right No, they then charged me again for the same price for a 90 day supply, I swear it is amazing they never informed me of the problem to begin with then want me to pay for their mistake....I told them I will be finding another Pharmacy to give my business to. I spend out of pocket, thousands of dollars per year for medications, you would think they would own their own mistakes to keep a customer. I was warned by several people about CVS I chose to ignore the warnings....Here is your warning do with it as you wish......

The most rude and incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to. Had to have a refill by a certain date (like always). When I called a week before to get the refill the woman told me the date on the bottle was the date I had to wait till before refilling. Never seen that before but took her word. Went back after said date and was told that the prescription was out dated and had to get Dr. approval. Now I'm out hundreds of dollars with another Dr. visit and having to taking off work. You would think people working in a pharmacy would have training of some kind.
