It would be respectful to actually tell someone you’re closing down the pharmacy vs just saying nope and shutting the damn gate in my face and walking away, extremely rude and inconsiderate.

The manager was very helpful. I was particularly impressed by the cashier. Kim, she was very knowledgeable, very thoughtful. Great sense of humor just a fun person. Thank you. CV SI will definitely come back when I come back to Morganton

Julia was extremely rude and was taking her personal problems out on customers and staff in the pharmacy. Total and complete lack of patience, kindness, or empathy. Work in a different field if you're going to be that aggressive towards people.

You call and can not talk to a person!! And on top of that they ALL GO TO LUNCH AT THE SAME TIME, so when the people come back to the pharmacy there is a LONG LINE, if you are sick or elderly this is awful for your customer!!!

My Xanax hasn't been in the past 3 months and my Dr ALWAYS calls it in 2 weeks a head of time. Never in stock and I call days before it's suppose to be filled to make sure it's in stock. Smh do better Morganton cvs pharmacy. After these 4 refills are filled I'm done with them.

Our CVS store in Morganton, NC is great. The employees are friendly, helpful, give good customer service and the pharmacy is great. Tom, the manager, has the pharmacy running at the highest proficiency I’ve ever seen in the 26 years I’ve lived here.

Feels very dangerous . You need to control the loitering people walking around in store looking suspicious and outside asking for money . Losing lots of customers it's a beautiful city businesses losing control
