Dollar Tree offers a wide variety and nice selection of items, with many things available for one dollar, though prices have increased to $1.25 and now include many items for three and five dollars. The store has lots of items, which is a big plus. However, some customers feel the name should be changed to avoid misunderstanding due to the new price points. Customer service experiences vary; staff can be super friendly and very polite, but staffing issues sometimes cause early closures without a sign to inform customers. At times, management does not efficiently handle checkouts, leading to long waits and backed-up lines while assisting other transactions.
