I went to have the tire sensor monitors replace and my awd was out of line.i needed a 4 wheel alignment or .y tires would wear improperly. Im glad they caught it because I drive to Charlotte regularly and my tires are relatively new. I also had fuel flush and my car rides better and fuel mileage is better also. Good job Everett Chevrolet.

They are pathetic i bought my car brand new from them and within a 2 year span my turbo went out as did my backup camera. Not to mention there service guys are a joke I called to complain about them not getting back to me while my car was in the shop the service manager said he'd call back after a meeting but he never did my parents truck has been in the shop 4 times over transmission issues and they dont let us know anything about it when we call our service tech is never there they say and make us leave a message yet he never gets back in touch with you to let you know information I wont be back to these guys for anything and I hope everyone reads this

Had an oil leak on my brand new truck and when I took it in for an oil change asked them to check it. It took 2 days for them to finally get to it and find out where it was leaking from, then I scheduled to bring it back and have it fixed. My family and I are supposed to leave for vacation tomorrow and my truck is still not ready after I was promised it would be, it has been in the shop for over a week for a simple repair that should have taken one day. This is the second time in less than a year that my brand new truck that had 16 miles when I bought it has spent more than a week in the shop. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, DO NOT BUY A GMC. At this point I will probably hire a attorney.

In my 48 years, I have bought a lot of vehicles. It is hard to recall such a poor representation of a salesman as Everett’s Marcus Robinson. Marcus contacted me after I inquired about a couple of different used trucks. From nearly the very beginning of my dealing with Marcus, it was pure games. Games about the trade in value and games about the price of the vehicle.Marcus claimed that there was no more room for negotiation yet when I told him I was no longer interested, magically the price of the vehicle fell. I made two counter offers, and at one point we were simply $1500 apart, yet he continued his games. I can’t speak to the professionalism of other employees at Everett Chevrolet but Marcus Robinson is your stereotypical sleazy used car salesman that speaks with a forked tongue.

I have had both of my vehicles worked on here recently and the service department has been great. They worked hard to identify and fix the problems I was having while keeping the cost down as much as possible. I am a disabled senior and they really went above and beyond to help me, especially Brian and John.

Never fixed the things they said they would have fixed don't return calls when you have issues but will sure blow your phone up to come get your oil changed oh and I have had nothing but issues out of my Yukon ever since I bought the thing. Extended warranty is a joke it does not cover anything so don't waste your money on it. I will never buy with them again.
