Jackson Poteat was a very informative and professional Salesman. He helped to make the car buying process an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend him to all of my family and friends

From the scheduling to completion of my service the team at Everett was very personable and efficient. I appreciate feeling like a valued customer and plan to continue to use Everett for my vehicle service needs

I previously had a bad experience with a dealership and stopped trusting and getting my vehicle serviced at the dealerships. This dealership has renewed my confidence that a large dealership can provide quality service at a reasonable price! My service advisor is David, if you need service see him! If you are interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle see Neal! Tell them I sent you.

Great service! While traveling on vacation my warning light came on indicating low air pressure in my tire. I stumbled upon this dealership and stopped in to see if they could help. They said they could get me in relatively quick to diagnose the problem and would call me when they were done. So we walked to a nearby restaurant for lunch. They called me just as we were finishing at the restaurant and said the car was ready. They could have told me anything. They could have tried to sell me a new tire or new rim or worse. But they said it was a simple fix and they had already taken care of it. They charged me less than the cost of our lunch! I was a happy man!Anyone living near this place should be grateful to have such a good and honest dealership close by.

First experience with this place: scheduled an oil change. Ended up needing an axle fixed which is fine. Waited FOUR hours. No one came to update, tell me anything. I had to walk in there and ask. Their reaction, “oh you’re still here?” Well obviously! You have my car. After those four hours, I still had to wait another one. Their excuse, oh we’ve been short staffed today. People have been taking lunches together. Since then, I have done oil changes elsewhere because who wants to wait that long for a 45 minute top service.Second experience: went to help co-sign for a vehicle, signed for one, called a bank and secured financing on our own in the dealership parking lot. Waited over a week for this vehicle to arrive. Never did. Never heard back from anyone on this vehicle we already stated the process for. Finally had to call and communicate with someone. Turns out this vehicle wasn’t arriving until next year. Someone couldn’t have called to let us know since we’ve got the loan, majority of the paperwork done, and the process in motion? On 9/16, I went in there to help assist with a purchase. I ended up seeing a bike in there and decided to make an impulse purchase. That day they were extremely slow and overwhelmed. Spent the time from 11 to 5 up in that building waiting to get into finance. Fine. We let it slide, I understand people get busy. Since then, the purchase that I was so excited about, they have made an absolute nightmare. Id return it if I could because they have made this purchase I have always wanted, into something I regret doing. A week and a half ago, a call was made to them regarding a check they owe to me due to a financing thing to get the bike financed. Ray said “we’re just able to make checks from the bank. It’s being written and sent out very soon”. Nothing was heard from again. Received nothing. Called today “oh someone in hickory is writing that check for you today. It should be sent out soon” So then I had to ask about where to make my payment because the day I got the bike, “don’t worry about that today. The place will send you a welcome packet”. Today I said I have yet to get anything in the mail. “Oh they are a small company. You’ll have to go online to make a payment. They won’t send anything”. So we’re risking people’s credit and not giving them their money just to make a sale now? People rely on things that they are told they are going to get. They wouldn’t allow you to walk out without giving them their money, so how can they make a customer wait? Honestly, I’ve never had a good experience in this place. This is the second time they’ve tried screwing a customer over just to make a profit. Just go to the hickory dealership for purchasing, servicing, anything. Avoid this one. I’m serious. They don’t care about you and it is not worth the headache. Customer service and sales is terrible.

Never fixed the things they said they would have fixed don't return calls when you have issues but will sure blow your phone up to come get your oil changed oh and I have had nothing but issues out of my Yukon ever since I bought the thing. Extended warranty is a joke it does not cover anything so don't waste your money on it. I will never buy with them again.

I was very thankful for this dealership. I broke down and they were quick to get me back on the road. The dealership seemed to be very clean, the Service department was very friendly and helpful, and they seemed to have a decent selection of vehicles. The only (and major) downside I had was, the price quoted to me over the phone versus the actual price for the repair went up $1,000. What else am I going to do, but have to pay so I can get my truck back? I would’ve given 5 stars if the price would’ve actually been what they quoted me.

The control arm and CV axle JUST broke on my three year old Silverado and is currently a $2,000 repair, and is not covered under warranty! The Chevrolet dealership completing the repair stated the failure happened due to a leveling kit, which I specifically asked the salesman if the truck had and he confirmed it did not. Everett would not provide their inspection paperwork that was supposed to be conducted prior to listing the truck for sale. Deliberately lied to by the salesman, now stuck with a $2,000 expense on a three year old truck. HONEST AND ETHICAL THING TO DO IS TO ATLEAST COVER THE COST OF REPAIR!An extended bumper to bumper warranty should not be required for a two year old truck at $46,000.Do not recommend and will never recommend anyone to purchase a car through Everett. Stick with purchasing from a dealer in Charlotte!! Had to negotiate them even filling up the gas tank when I purchased the truck at the sticker price. The sales team was slow and had us waiting for hours after we scheduled a time to come buy the truck, even after I put a down payment down. Absolutely horrible customer service after purchasing my second vehicle from them. My CV axle just broke on my Chevy 1500 I purchased only months ago from Aaron Rodden. Do not buy from Everett!!!

I'm on the road for my job 85% of the time. It is difficult to find a reputable place I trust to keep my company vehicle serviced. I was on my way to Tennessee last FRIDAY, and saw Everett Chevrolet up on the hill. I thought let me take a chance and swing through. Glad I did! I wish I could remember the name of the young lady and gentleman that assisted me. They both went above and beyond! When I pulled in I could tell they were slammed and started to leave, but figured I'd ask anyway. When I spoke with the service advisor, she immediately said SURE WE CAN, then said oh wait, I better double check because we are very busy. She took me over to another service manager, I explained I needed a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. He replied, we can squeeze you in, probably going to take a couple of hours, but if you want to wait, we will get you done. I said sure, why not. Long story short, 57 minutes later, I was out the door and on my way! Highly, highly recommend these professional and friendly folks!!!

I was satisfied with my service once they ordered the correct part. The first time they ordered the wrong part. So, it took 3 trips to get my window fixed. My husband took the car in the last time. I'm really disappointed that nobody in the full waiting room, bothered to him a seat. Instead they all left him standing though you can clearly he that he has a cane and doesn't stand up straight!!! I also know that one of the guys in the parts dept (it may be a different dept, but he was shipping a part the day I was there)and atleast one guy who works out in the front could see him standing all that time and neither of them offered him a chair.. That's not right in my book. I was raised with manners and you offer your seat to the elderly and the disabled!!

Made an appointment through Auto Trader. Received a text message the day before confirming our appointment and letting us know what salesman to ask for. We were serious enough about purchasing a specific vehicle that we secured financing for the vehicle before our appointment. Received a text message to remind us of the appointment the day of the appointment. Arrived for our appointment and the salesman we were told to ask for wasn't working that day, not out to lunch, not working that DAY. Not sick, not having an emergency, just straight up not scheduled to work that day at all.Ok, we can still work with this, let's have another salesperson show us the vehicle. They can't find it. Can't find an entire used car. Oh wait, it's in service, on the lift, during the time you are scheduled for an appointment. Can you come back later? No, I have an appointment at another dealership. You know, like I did here. The next day, drove to Tennessee and bought a similar vehicle with the money I secured to spend locally. I hate that I spent my hard earned money somewhere other than where I live but it seems like my time isn't important here and I found it to be either A) disrespectful or B) a dealership that has no organization. Either way, not a place that I recommend.

I went to purchase a used vehicle from Everett Chevy in Morganton the sales person Aaron was kind, I took the vehicle for a test drive it seemed fine I asked to take it to my mechanic and they said it would be fine, the vehicle broke down on the eay to the mechanic. I called them to let them know they came and picked me up and repaired the vehicle after the repair we finished filling out documents for my purchase and they ADDED a service agreement of 3800.00 to my loan and did not explain this. I called repeatedly for a manager and was put on hold and never picked up. Once for 45 minutes. My daughter had just left for a grandchilds birth and wasnt there to help me with my papers. I and my daughter and son in law left multiple messages with Everett Chevrolet and never had our calls answered or returned. Alex in service was the only one who responded to my call and explained the diagnosis. I never had any explainion about the service agreement except that I didnt need to worry about repairs. I didnt know they had they put into my purchase with out explanation a service coverage They sold me a used car with a bad transmission and the a bad axle and snuck a 3800.00 service agreement into the repair fee when i purchase this car. I am so disappointed with the dishonest situation. I feel Everett took gross advantage of me and my situation. I just want know is this how all business is connected here.
