They have outdoor Bathrooms, which are out of order, if you have to pee don't stop here. This place is desolate and sketchy as well.

I witnessed the much older Indian lady looking very suspiciously at the black guy in front of me. When he didn't leave fast enough for her, she told him to have a good day until he left. I grabbed some gas myself and she snatched it out of my hand and avoided eye contact with me and bid me good day. And honey, if you're reading this-no I will not have a good day. I will have a great day! Haha. Enjoy the register and this NC heat!

They painted the gas pump handle and didn't place any signs anywhere!... white paint on black coat!

Owner is rude. Go anywhere else if you can, he doesn't care to have returning customers. Judging by his attitude, he hopes you don't come back.

I have never known this Exxon was there until 8/30/2024. Off Bethel Road on Hwy 40. Great stop. Not much traffic on this exit. Used my Walmart + app so I saved 10 cents off a gallon. Could have been a little cleaner outside and I didn’t see anything to clean my windows. (But I could have missed it.). But, now that I have found it. I will definitely stop again!!!! Gets a five for location and on the Walmart + app.

We stopped here for gas and road snacks yesterday afternoon, and found it locked up with a hand written sign on the door saying 'Back in 15 minutes'. The sign looked like it's used quite a bit. While I was there, another person came for gas too. I took my business to their competitor. Don't waste your time coming here.

Phone fell out of my pocket while pumping gas. ( my fault ) did not realize it for 24 hours. Drove from near tnn state line back. Ms. Moody helped me locate the phone in a dumpster in the back. Whoever found it tossed it in the trash when they could not get past the password. Thank you Ms Moody, your an angel. My new I 40 go to gas station when passing Morganton.
