Big store with a lot of different things but specially clothes. They have a good section with books and DVDs. Prices could be better but that something that is happening in all the thrifting stores lately.

It's just like any other goodwill but a recent experience really rubbed me the wrong way.
I wanted to buy a set of 2 CD games that were bound together with a rubber band. They were priced as a bundle, no problem. At the register I removed the rubber band to make sure the discs were in the cases and one was empty. Unfortunate, but I still wanted to buy the other one. The cashier still said she had to charge me for two discs even though there wasn't a second one to purchase. She insisted very frantically that she could do nothing about the price and this was the final price. I think she thought I was going to yell at her, which I didn't.
I was a little stunned that she didn't step back and look at the situation. She was so focused on the rules and the pricetag that she didn't see how ridiculous it was to charge me for two products when 1 was confirmed missing.
This situation just stuck with me and I really wish I had asked to speak to a manager. It's not about the money, it's about the principal of trying to sell me an empty box knowing it is empty beforehand.

Just bought items didn’t realize they cos so much until money was taken. THEN they kept my money for returns. Sorry but this is stealing from the customers.

The staff are always nice but it is a bit cramped in there. I always think there ought to be another one in Morganton to serve the hole community. Great finds here, though. I usually do well looking for furniture.

They are over charging for stuff even retail on some items and it's all used and DONATED STUFF so I'm confused to why the prices are ridiculous I know for a fact 90% of the stuff they get for free ice worked for goodwill before and I know managers make up the prices as they get the stuff in so it's not corporate

They have a large selection of items that are constantly changing, so it's worth checking back regularly. The stores are well organized and clean, and the staff is alway. In comparison with other goodwill, they organized the shirts, pants and dresses according to size and that I really appreciate. They have some pretty good stuff there.

I like this Goodwill store Nice Clothing but if you want to try something on they never come in and open the dressing room been standing here for 30 minutes the girl never even looks over here keep ringing the bell she just ignores you
