I thought coming to the store to make a payment was going to be easy, so I took the time to come in. At fist 1 lady was willing to help, but wasn'f trained to do it, she asked a girl that was waliking for help, she came by and push a vutton and walked away. After the first lady tried the 2nd time she was still unsuccessed. I walked over to customer service, but saw the first lady walikg by I stopped her and told her I need to make a payment, she showed some artitude, so I walked over to customer service bur rhe lady tjere was busy with anothwr customer, I saw the same girl walk into the area, but just watching me, I walked away. What is good about the lowes credit csrd when lowea.does not habe the skills or willing to help? I will shop elsewhere.

If I could give no stars I would. Useless warranty options. My washer went out almost two weeks ago and they are still debating on if they will be fixing it or replacing it. Ive almost spent enough at the laundry mat to replace the washer at this point. Never again.

Absolutely useless. Went here on 6/24 to get some AC pro and they were out. Was told to come back Friday and they would have it. Came back Friday and nope none on the shelves. Apparently they didn't unload the truck till 3 o'clock or something. Not sure why that matters 9 hours later at 12 but whatever. They have them but they are in the back. Instead of going and getting me one the young man starts telling me to go somewhere else to buy it. What the hell? Just go to the back and get some! Useless

Brian in the door department went above and beyond for us when we went to purchase two exterior doors. He was very knowledgeable about which type to get and even quickly located a lift to grab an upper level door. Thank you so much!

Yeah I went to the Lowe's hardware store in Morganton North Carolina 28655 and went to the outdoor power equipment center and I pressed the help button for assistance and I know I sit there for an hour waiting for someone to help me but nobody showed up so while I was there I called Lowe's hardware by phone and asked if they could help me and they said they was trying to find someone named Danny W. to come help me and I remembered that I saw Danny standing over by the dish detergent area and I think it was pretty sorry how he stood over there by the dish detergent and ignored the need assistance calls over the intercom and how I had to call Lowe's hardware on the phone to get him to come and help me
