Chris and Dawlton were really great and helpful! Chris helped us with the appointment schedule and all of my questions from first point of contact until I arrived at the store and he was so laid back and friendly! The son, Dawlton was who met for our appt., he was extremely knowledgeable, he listened to what my husband and I liked and need in a bed and helped us find a perfect fit by explaining all of the mattresses details to us and he was graciously patient letting us try out the mattresses. I have sciatica and other back problems and our old mattress was so bad that we had been sleeping in our guest room just to rest well! Now we are so thankful we can go back into our room with a fantastic mattress perfect for the both of us and get good rest! Mattresses are investments and important for everyone, especially people like us with kids and jobs, who work long hours and want the best bang for our buck! It is an underrated blessing to come home to a comfortable mattress that ensures a good night sleep and support for your body without having to spend an outrageous amount of money! Thanks so much to the Mattress by Appointment family!!! We are genuinely happy with our mattress investment from you all!

Great shopping experience! Chris was friendly and great to do business with. Do not try to push me to buy a mattress just to get a sell like most salesmen when you go shopping for things like this. If any knows me knows I stress over shopping for big items. It's a pain in my side and I am the type of person to just buy something to leave as quickly as possible. When I called Tabbie to set up an appt it was like talking to an old friend. I told her what I needed and she handled everything from there. She showed me just a handful of mattresses so I didn't get overwhelmed and discouraged. Tabbie picked out some amazing options for me!! She is so knowledgeable and sympathetic to what her customers need and want. Definitely recommend!!!!

We went to several mattress stores because we bought a new house and my daughter and I both needed new mattresses. This store was by far the best retail experience of all of them. The woman that helped us was super friendly and we couldn't believe how great the prices were. We love our new mattresses. Highly recommended!
