Walked around the store for ten minutes, was passed by four employees all who asked to squeeze by or pass me, none who asked if the guy who was wandering obviously looking for something needed help, or gave enough time for me to ask one for help.
So I took my business to Lowe’s and bought my things there.

I bought a chain saw less than a year ago and the first time I went to use it I realized that they put the chain on backwards. So I took it back for them to look at it. The saw that the the chain was backwards and that it had burs and would not fit back on the bar. They flipped it around and after they worked on it the chain break was broke. The manager said they would replace the chain as soon as more came in. So I waited a few days and came back and another man would not believe nor would he call to verify what I was saying. All the second man would tell me is to take it somewhere else. Everyone was polite and so was I. But that still leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I would not have bought the saw from here if I knew how bad my experience was going to be. I would recommend to everyone to stay away from ACE Hardware in Morganton NC.

I think it’s disgusting,selfish,inconsiderate and obnoxious of this company to TRIPLE the cost of generators during Hurricane Helene. You could’ve offered a DISCOUNT for people in this time of devastation but NO..instead you decide to GOUGE prices so high on things that only ONE financial bracket can afford generators. SHAME ON YOU

Feel the store may have price gouged on some items during a disaster. 32 dollars for gallon of bar oil is ridiculous.
