This Location at Papa John's is excellent! Always fresh tasting and the service is fast. 4/1/23 best cheese pizza I ever had hands down from any papa John's!

We ordered a cheese pizza when we got it the pizza wasn't done we threw it away and called to ask for a new one the manager said yeah just give us the old one when we get there but we threw it away so my brother said just void it out and give us a refund the manager was beyond rude said find we can do that since u wanna change ur mind so much and rudely hung up

Ordered pizza online….It seem nice pizza when you open it but when i got home. It was completely undercooked.. the dough wasn’t fully cooked which was completely a waste.Bunch of jokers workers don’t take it serious. This place used to make good pizza but not anymore.

ordered online walked into store i was told my food wasn't ready I could wait a minute came back in 10mins later got my food sauce was wrong walked back in asked very politely for the correct sause and the amount of disrespect and attitude I received from the girl at counter with blue hair was ridiculous I'm so disappointed this use to be the best place to get pizza now it's just a joke

I was in Morganton and wanted to try the garlic stff crust pizza. The app notified me it was done. I walked in and they were boxing it up. Got home and the pizza was amazing! The best of PJ I have had in a long time.

Got pizza delivered, and bit into my 3rd slice and got a hair about 14” long in my mouth. I called the store and didn’t even get an apology, no offer to refund or remake pizza. This will be my last time ordering from the Morganton

Central ordering personnel doesn't know the difference between Ross and Rose's and will give you the wrong direction after you tell her she doesn't know her directions.

Order from here probably at least once a month. The food is always quick and delicious. They don't skimp on toppings.
