Found everything I need, and love the items available for my pets. However, there is a worker there who is extremely rude every time I bring my pet in. She is an older lady with blonde hair, and she keeps making rude comments about my pet. My dog has a condition where he struggles to keep weight, and I have worked very hard with his vet to get him to where he needs to be. This specific worker has made hurtful comments about his weight, his coat, his nails, etc., and hinted at him being unsuitable as a pet owner. I find this extremely rude, and it makes me not want to even visit this specific store again. I take very good care of my pet and love him dearly, so for this employee to suggest otherwise is hurtful.

Great experience there! A young woman who worked there said she had started working in management and showed us a twofold kindness. She came to the back to help a very very busy young woman in the fish section (who was also very friendly and patient) and then again up front to open an extra register and apologize for the large rush of people right before closing time. Excellent job! Great store. Happy customers!

Went in today to get some substrate for my tarantulas enclosures, my son said he wanted to go check out the spiders so we went to look and there was a full adult in a small critter keeper and had a hide so small its back end was hanging out of it. The thing couldnt even turn around in the enclosure. Maybe research on the animals you are selling, total bullshit.

They are supposed to close at 8 and we were there 5 till 8 and they had the doors closed and would not let my husband in. We had one item to get and we would have been out before 8 but they refused to let him in. They have lost our business. 5/13/25

Do NOT get your dog groomed here. My daughter got her doodle groomed said it was 80.00 for there and it was 150.00 said she has 2 mats…. They completely shaved her to her skin. U can see her skin and she has multiple burn marks that and running sores now. She won’t leave them alone. She is pitiful! We asked for them to look at our dog and see a manager. 1 week later we still are waiting on our money back and they could care less about the dog. They said they couldn’t tell
From cameras what happened. It wasn’t their fault. She didn’t have the sores before they cut her. It took almost a week to get some help from someone. And they still acted as if it was no big deal. We asked for some Medici for her cuts and they said we would have to take her to a vet and prove they pet smart did it. Horrible customer service , horrible hair cut, and even worse care of how they treat animals. They up charge u 70.00 to make her bald! They are refunding her 150.00 but the matter of the story is they don’t care about the dog or how they are treated!

I take my Cavalier and Maltipoo to the Grooming Salon. The groomers are very knowledgeable and professional. They have the largest staff of any place I've taken the Boys. My Cav has had the best cut he's ever had and they treat him like a Rock Star! They are all very gentle and patient with my Maltipoo because he's not used to being groomed. They take him as far as they can and when he's had enough they don't force him through something he's not ready for. I love taking my Boys to PetSmart and those sweet ladies have a special place in my heart
