Place has went downhill fast, not that it was ever that great. Since the other location closed it's much worse. Legitimately every time I need a prescription refill it's either wrong, out of stock or they will only partially fill it. The senior Pharm techs are arrogant also, iykyk.

I have called now 2 weeks in a row after not being able to reorder prescription through app. Talked to Susan last Sunday who said it would be in Tuesday. I went on a trip came back today as it has been almost a week with no notification. Oh now it'll be in this Monday from our wholesaler. Is it normal to allow people to go almost three weeks without prescriptions. Someone needs to get a grip im looking for alternative options ridiculous.

The people that work in the pharmacy have been so incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Several times they have had to deal with mistakes from my PMs office and they have always come through with ordering and having meds for me.

I love going to my local Walgreens for seasonal items/toys/gifts that always have things you never see in other stores I also have to give props to this store for taking on the extra load in pharmacy for the other store that is still closed from the hurricane.

Sit in line for 30 minutes. Only get half of my prescriptions. circle back around, waited in line. Another 30 minutes, just to tell me the one they forgot is not ready. Went inside. I'm still waiting in line. Wow. Something needs to be done.

I went for some passport photos, the ones I needed in digital format, and they told me that they would arrive by email. That's correct, they arrived by email but not in passport format! Is it really that difficult to do it when three people helped me and they all seemed to be unaware of the subject? I had to do it online somewhere else. I lost my money with them.
