Ok today I experienced the best customer service I have ever had I went in to rue21 just to buy cologne and miss rosana waited on me she waited on me like I was buying the hole store she went above and beyond to give me great customer service I think it would be very beneficial for all retail stores to have more people like rosana working in them I will definitely be back thanks rosana you are the best

They have a lot of sales going on most of the time.. Other then that there clothes are high priced and fit a certain body type. But the perfume's are the best!!
