I hate that you have to sign in and wait while others are getting the sales pitches just so I can pay my bill. My two minute transaction took me 25 minutes. If I didn't like getting to visit my favorite Spectrum service person, Sheila, I would never step foot back in that store! And if Spectrum would get my paper bills to me in time to get it back to them before due date I wouldn't feel the need to go pay in person. Spectrum makes life difficult. Need to make improvements Spectrum!!!

For the past two months the machine to pay your bill hasn't worked so you have to wait so you can pay your bill. I went to pay my moms bill today and waited 20 minutes and still didn't pay the bill I just left because there was a long line while one of the people working wasn't helping anyone they was just playing on the computer and there phone and then told the other employees I'll see you tomorrow and just left. No one wants to wait there like that after working 10 hours.

Ppl here are so friendly and very helpful. I added a new line of service to my existing plan in less than 15 minutes.

If you want good Internet don't do business with spectrum their equipment fails often cause it is all refurbished and trying to get someone to come out is hard but I will say the technicians that do come out are very friendly though

Good service, waited in line for a while but service was good. They didn't have a drop off box I was returning the router. It would've been nice to have a drop off box.

Horrible customer service who makes a reservation for 1:00 pm and takes your name then goes to lunch…? I ask the other guy working if he can help and he said no he already started.. ??? What!!

Only gave 3 stars because it is a pain to pay your bill here if you don’t have exact change, they don’t give change back and don’t except change so you have to round to the nearest dollar. I don’t feel like they should get any more money than what’s on my bill. I had to come back another day when all I had was a $100 bill, I just couldn’t let them have the $30 it just irked me, even if it would be credited towards next bill.Now they are a 1, now they no longer take payments, they are just a store. What the hell!

Service lady was not helpful at all. Told me to call customer service. They told me to go to the store.

Friendly staff, clean facilities. Returned my equipment and canceled subscription due to relocation to different state. Staff was very helpful and got me on my way quickly. I'm very pleased with service!

Have 3 workers 2 at the registers and the manager that stands behind with a huge wait instead of helping he stands there and just watches! Will not visit this location again!!!!!!
