Made an appointment to get on my husband’s bank account and figure out my new car loan. Ian was very nice, professional, and helpful! In and out really quickly and he explained everything in detail for me to understand. Clean environment and nice inside and outside.

Just got a call from Truist bank at their office number in Morganton NC, it wasn't Truist I called back and no one had called my house. I forgot that there is a website that people can use to mimic any phone number I saw that on TV a few years ago. Don't give information over the phone or text.
