Worst bank ever they closed my account for no reason & detached my debit card & hot card it for no reason. They could not even give a legit reason for this other than well & some nonsensical reason. Wow. Terrible bank !!!

They cannot resolve issues with my loan that were not my fault. Have been to the branch multiple times to resolve this issue and can never fix it. I regret banking there and will refinance somewhere else when interest rates come down.

Drive thru service beyond slow, waited 23 mins for the car in front of me. 23 mins before I just left. I'm not going to be late to work because the venk is slow. Entire experience was a waste of time. Hire some capable people please to service your customers.

Lack of customer service. Tried calling all day and no answer to either the teller line or banker office. Anytime I go in there it is not busy. They should be answering calls and returning voice messages. Whoever is the manager at the Morganton branch needs to go. I worked in banking admin for years...I know how it should work.

Trust is a step in the wrong direction. Bigger bank + worse service. Can't easily find info on wire charges. Can't reach anyone when you call. Fees way higher than credit unions. If you bank here, get a person, get their card, direct line.

Spent over 40 minutes at the drive thru with one vehicle in the line in front of me. 25 minutes was spent trying to get a cash withdrawal. If you have lots of time to waste then this is the bank for you.

Take your funds and banking business and RUN to another bank .The service resembles BBT poor service but only got worse . Spent 45 minutes to get a cashiers check because multiple people needed to sign and the banker is busy. Tellers are new and not efficient. Alway line for tellers or a banker . I used to be happy with SunTrust, now the bank fees and late fees on credit cards , cashiers checks are really bad for the bank mistake , their system is really missed up .Take me advice . Any other bank could not possibly be worse

It hasn't even been a year yet, im not bashing the location. They are really nice, but please watch your money, they are giving out overdraft fees like its Christmas. I mean you can have money processing and see its processing with a positive balance but the overdraft can hit first. Before your money does, call customer service and they say the same thing. Then hit you with since account hasn't been open more then 12 months. We can not offer a courtesy waive... SMH. WHAT.Watch your money ?
