Had a very complex issue that was hard to explain, called the 1-800 customer service number, twice, spent roughly an hour on the phone each. I called this bank, my home bank and Ms. Nichole Dubs was nothing but pleasant. She listened to my issue and did everything she could do to quickly resolve the issue and successfully did it. Can’t guarantee they can solve your issue, but they will do everything in there power.

you cant trust the balence this bank tells you, every thing is complementry subject to change at their descretion, for example if you deposite $3400 they may tell you you have $100.oo available to spend and will change their mind afterwords withiut notice to their customers, and charge you $70.00 if you spend $13.00 of that $1oo.oo they let you have as a courtesy, NOT A GOOD DEAL FOR CUSTOMERS!

This is the worse bank branch I have ever dealt with. I have requested to withdrawal cash out of my saving account and after waiting 30 minutes, they refused to give me any money and they told me to stop by the next day because they want to verify me. I have provided them with my ID and two other debt and credit cards and answered all their security questions and also logged in on my TD app and transferred money from my checking to my savings In front of them and despite all of this, they don’t have enough information to verify my identity. And then I requested a cashier check instead of the cash and they still refused my request. This was the most unprofessional bank experience I have ever seen. Zero stars or better yet negative 5 stars.

AMAZING STAFF! They're so sweet and accommodating every time I go there and provide the best service of any bank I have been to. Additionally, they a bunch of suckers at the front desk which are always hella good after setting up a savings account or cashing a check.
