I am been in the credit union about three times since I join. They are the most helpful people that I’ve seen in banking. I would recommend them 100% every question. I asked they had quick answers to and we’re very helpful. Thanks to all you Richard.

Terrible customer service. In person, over the phone…..when you can get them on the phone. Branch manager claims that email is the way to go, but that’s just not the answer to all issues. We’re talking about banking, money and personal information…some of us don’t want that typed out in an email.

I adore the employees at my local branch (Morganton) but I am not a fan of the call center. You have to go in to the branch in order to speak to anyone because you can't get through to the call center.

They never answer the phone at the one in Morganton NC literally set waiting for over an hour and still no answer they aren't that busy to not answer the phone and the manager acts like she doesn't care highly recommend not using this bank

I NEED TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN. IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER CARE DO NOT USE TELCO. I have tried to get help over the phone and by email for a MONTH and can't seem to get help. Maybe my money is not important toTelco.

No Customer CARE, I have been trying to get help with my savings options for over a month and can't get a real person to answer the phone OR email. I guess my money doesn't matter to Telco staff. I thought dealing with a small branch MIGHT get me more hands on help. What a joke. I guess I will have to look into online banking.

I have banked with telco for a few years now.. never overdraft and always done great service with them kept my loan paid on time never late. Well last week my wallet was stolen and it had my banking information in it routing # and account # due to switching job (bad on my part) and my online log in info password and user name Bc I'm awful at remembering it.. Well Thursday I seen some activity that shouldn't be there so I went in and had every thing changed Bc it was stolen.. well the crooks had already deposited a altered check I had no clue about and overdraft me 500 plus in my account. And telco isn't helping me track it or anything and wants me to pay it bavk.. sorry bank and no consideration.. they will not help at all when they can look and see I've never even deposited a check thru mobile banking. Be careful everyone. I suggest state employees

I have used telco for my banking for quite some time now. It’s been my first bank till currently. I know telco is now part of MasterCard. When you used to call the phone number for this page it went straight to your local bank and how they could help you personally. Morganton telco is a great help. Their now customer service number with MasterCard is terrible you wait 40mins for someone to even answer then they’ll give you attitude when you’re just trying to know what’s going on with your account. Plus the new cards are really ugly the tap never works.
