Wow! My daughter and I went in yesterday evening. I was looking for foundation. Two of the sweetest, professional young ladies helped me. I was blown away!! Not only did they help me find what I was looking for, but they were so kind! So upbeat!! As we were leaving, my daughter and I were both amazed at the service we received! That is ladies deserve a raise!! It really matters how you treat people!! Thank you!!!

Jordynn was so lovely ❤️ I came in with a vision in mind and she blew my expectations out of the water. She is def the lippie queen!!! When one of the products was out of my price range she worked super hard to find me a dupe and that’s greatly appreciated. Thanks girl !

Busy store but only two employees working. Could t get any help to unlock perfume or to assist with makeup. Very disappointing no employees on floor.

I’ve never had so many disappointments. Over a month without a specific lashes and called back when they received the truck still no lashes. I have never been to an Ulta that never got all their inventory needs or had to run circles just to get a pair. But this isn’t just lashes this is lip gloss and other things as well. Sad.

The big fat white girl with brownish or blonde hair have literally make me never want to go back to this location because she so rude.
I came one time and she made it big deal because it was 8:30 and they close at 9. Or was it 9:30 and they close at 10. She stated I don’t want to wait all for that. Kinda rush me out. Then second time was I supposed to get a free gift. The cashier was like hmm let see if we can give it to u. Apparently she was like nope there none o well who care.

I went to Ulta looking for eyeliner and mascara on a budget, so I told myself I wasn't going to buy anything if it wasn't on sale. I asked for help and Austin was there to assist immediately. They didn't have any sales at the time but he was extremely helpful in finding affordable products that met my expectations and I ended up spending less than I expected. He even went out of his way to show me pictures for reference on these products to ensure I was getting exactly what I was looking for.

I was checked out by a cashier named Natalia, and I wasn't wowed. I listened to her ask a guest about a credit card three times after the guest refused, and then when it came time for my check out, I was asked twice if I wanted to use my credit card. The amount of times/ ways I had to say no is unacceptable. No means no. Stop training these women to harass the guest.
