I'm on disability and wanted to rent a box but was told it would cost 100.00 every 6 months. That's way too much!!!

This is the second time my mail has been delivered to the wrong person...So over this company wish it was other mail companies that actually took there time to double check the mail.....

Tried for days to make an appointment to renew my passport was never able to reach anyone the phone rings and rings and suddenly the line goes dead I was told to call there from the US postal 800 number information center but have decided to try to elsewhere
