The gentleman that helped me was awesome. He asked pertinent questions concerning my needs, transferred all of my data and prepared my old device to be returned to Verizon for my credit. He even helped with my 2 year old grandson and it was greatly appreciated. With his help we were in and out quickly.

After spending 2 hours at the Verizon store in Marion NC and never getting an answer to how much 2 new phones and an IPad would cost I went to This store. I cannot say enough about how helpful they were. In 15 minutes I had an answer of how much it would cost for what I wanted. This store is the best store of any kind that I have been to in a long time. They know how to treat customers. Excellent place.

The young man who helped me was awesome. My phone was literally in pieces. A car ran over it. He found that little SIM card and got all my info over into my new phone. Got me all hooked up.
