We needed a toner cartridge for the business and when I looked it up on the Walmart app it stated the Morganton location had them in stock on L18. Unfortunately they had none in stock and according to the Walmart associate none in the back. Unfortunately this was a waste of my time and increased the cost of having to locate it somewhere else.

Lizzy or whatever her name was last night I got a gallon of milk I was putting it in my car and realized it was leaking well go up to lizzy and ask her to switch it out she no were closed I told her it was leaking and still she said yeah and we're closed and just walked away

Customer service person was very nice but had her hands tied by management. What should be an easy return turned into Idiocracy. I even gave them the solution that does work and manager still said they can't do that. Bought a 3 pack of picture frames and one was broken, I still used the other 2 because that's why I bought them. I only brought the one broken frame back. Was told I have to bring all 3 back to make the return. The solution take new 3 pack from shelf give me one frame and make return with the broken frame with the rest of that pack. Easy right, nope can't do that. Serious what happened to Walmart.

The new layout is very nice and I could get everything I needed.
