This is the worse bank I ever worked with I got scammed and did a wire transfer and they couldn't even do anything to get my money back or do anything about it I hope everyone knows this if you got scammed this bank will not protect you as a customer ill make sure I'll share this on Every platform so what happened with me never happen to anyone else

Do not go to this bank in Morganton Frederico told me to go to BB&T Branch in Lenoir or Hudson to get service. "But I'm HERE!" . I waited on Larry for over an hour. Gave up and left the bank.

I went here to open up a new account with $3000 in my hand. I wanted to open up an account as an unincorporated association. I had the minutes from our meeting in hand also had an EIN number from the federal government. They told me that I needed articles of incorporation from the Secretary of State.. unincorporated means you don't need articles of incorporation. This is the second time I have had to do this for a non profit. They really need some training here. They know less about banking and more about being creatively unfriendly than anything else. I give them negative one star for incompetence and snipey service.
