Please answer the phone. How can I book an appointment if you don't answer? That doesn't instill customer confidence.

Bitter experience, I don't recommend this location, Was there at this Morrisville location, For wheel alignment, they mentioned one price and changed the price while checking in saying my VW needed special alignment. They're not even trying to hide the fact that they're ripping you off and car is woobling on turn after the alignment. Was there for oil change in the past, I had to visit the next day as the dashboard alarm indicates low oil levels, the agent/technician had to top up the oil, was like why didn't they level up the first time.

I went for inspection 2 months ago. The horn I tried on same day it wasn’t working. I couldn’t go again there thinking I will tell them once I talk to my husband. Somehow we missed talking about that and didn’t use car much. When we again took car there for oild change and complained about the horn they said it was working when they did inspection. But I remember it wasn’t. It was my bad that I didn’t check before taking the delivery of ny car but I don’t think they are doing the job right. They are just getting the paper ready.

Been there twice now, front desk is very helpful and they are very fast. Never waited more than 30 mins, even when I didn't have an appointment.

unless you want to spend extra money getting things fixed for them to break again within 30 minutes of driving off the lot? find a better place to go.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this service facility for a rather unsatisfactory experience in replacing a battery in my vehicle. One of Triple AAA's core service's is battery replacement and they could not get it straight in regard to a vehicle I own. Prior to scheduling the replacement I called and asked if they had the battery for my type of car, and whether the battery needed to be registered (programmed) to the vehicle. I was assured they had it, and if needed they would register it to the cars computer. Upon arrival the service tech seemed a bit confused, but he told me to have a seat and they will call me when its ready. Some time later the vehicle was "ready" and he informed me that my car did not need a AGM battery , nor did it need to be programmed to the computer. I informed him that the vehicle certainly takes an AGM battery and insisted that he look at the old battery to verify. At this time he decides to actually check the old removed battery and of course it was an AGM. At this point a more senior tech takes over and he assures me he will handle it but they do not have the correct battery on location. He tells me at this time he will not charge "extra" since they have to have the battery driven over and for them installing the wrong battery in the car. This whole process takes over an hour (for a battery replacement mind you) and upon check out I am charged the full price. I ask him what did he mean by "will not charge extra" and he seems befuddled and decides to take off "shop charges". Which are minimal, and have no meaningful impact on the cost ( i was charged the full amount for the battery). I never asked for a discount, he volunteered it, then did not apply it. I again ask about programming the battery to the vehicles computer, and are informed that its was not necessary, and given some nonsense that this applies to Mercedes (i do not own a Mercedes). The following day I check with the dealership and do a minimal amount of online research and are informed that in fact the new battery needs to be programmed to the cars computer. If not done, the computer still thinks there is a old weakened battery in the car and adjust charging to the vehicle as if was old and weak. This of course would not happen if the shop registered the new battery to the computer. At this time I have to bring it to the dealer and have it programed. So two days, for a simple battery replacement and programming. Triple AAA's apparently nowadays cannot handle battery replacement .Service: Electrical repair

My whole searching. Searching for that elusive, honest mechanic. That search is over. I will never take my car anywhere else ever again. George, he’s my new guy, he should be yours too.

Want to share my experience of this location. I went to do an oil change around March, 2022 and was told by the AAA shop that my driving belts needed change. So I made an appointment and have them changed the belts. After that, every time I started the car, there is a very high pitch noise that last for 30 seconds. So I went there a couple of times and provided a recording to show the front desk advisor, as the noise would be gone after 30 seconds. They did check for me and even the mechanic (a young girl) came out and assured me there is nothing wrong and the noise was caused by the car was not being driven that often. So I gave up and lived with that noise for almost a year. Then when I change oil the next time, I went to Durham and had an independent mechanic guy who did my car multiple times in the past to double check. He immediately figured out there is a part that was bent and caused the noise. His explanation is that it was probably damaged during the belt change because somewhere in the process that place was not easy to reach so the AAA mechanic did not do the change correctly. Then he ordered/replaced that part and fixed the noise issue completely. It cost me $300 more in this second repair.I did not think the shop intentionally cheated me on the problem but the skill-set of their people is questionable. That is why I did not go back and ask for another repair, because I lost my confidence that this place can do serious diagnostics or repair work. So if you just look for an oil change, or tire work, I think it is ok to use them, but for anything that requires a bit of skill set, just be cautious.

I took my volvo xc60 for an oil change. Next day I got tire-pressure check message, psi was set to 32/33. But, the recommended setting for volvo written under the driver side door is 35. they didn't bother to check this? they didnt reset the maintenance message that's showing up on the dash, i had to watch a youtube video to reset it myself. they didn't even put a sticker on the windshield tell me when my next oil change/service would need to be. yes, they did the oild change but they missed 3 things like these which will make a customer decide to come backService: Oil change

Usually we only use AAA for oil change and yearly inspection. No issues with that. Last week I took my vehicle because one of the tires seemed to be deflating slowly over time. They diagnosed that there was a nail and it could not be repaired and the tire needed to be replaced. I asked to go ahead. They said they don't have an exact match to the factory install tires, so they can either mount one they have in stock or order the exact one for next week. I specifically verified that the one they had in stock would match the specifications of the other tires and they said it was exactly the same. I asked them to go ahead. An hour later I got a call yet again and was told that they provided me with incorrect information since the technician overlooked the details and all 4 tires needed replaced because mine was an AWD. Wait a minute here, they did not know that my vehicle was an AWD all this time? I questioned why I would replace 3 perfectly fine tires for just one and spend 1K. I did not get a convincing reply. Then I asked them to check if the spare was a full size and swap it, so I can take it to the dealer. They said OK. When I picked up the car I found that they had not even checked if my spare was full size. They returned my vehicle as is. The best part of all this is when I took it to the dealer they said they can repair and said we did not need a new tire. Worst experience with AAA MorrisvilleService: Tires

I have always been very satisfied with the quality of service I receive at AAA Car Care Centers. Occasionally I encounter a problem with a DIY maintenance project. When I have ask for help, AAA has always agreed to help me resolve it. I appreciate this more than they will know. Thank you so much AAA! : )Service: Wheel alignment
