The Pharmacy representative was kind and patient as I arrived right at closing. She took the time to apply my GoodRx coupon and patiently waited as I had trouble logging into my GoodRx app.

This CVS in Target is my favorite pharmacy. They are very efficient and nice even when it's busy. When my prescription isn't covered, they run it through a discounter like GoodRX without my asking. It's always tidy. I guess that doesn't really make that much difference, but it just _feels_ cleaner.

Leaving in the morning to go out of the country. Where there has been a big Covid outbreak. Pharmacist would not tell me if I could get the new Pfizer vaccine that evening. I had received this text from CVS and felt it was God sent. She told me I could go online. Simple question she did not want to just answer - how very sad!
We will be gone for a month. I might add the first woman was very kind. Who asked if I needed help at the Target Window However the pharmacist no way.
Soon after, we were lucky to get a sweet and professional woman at our next stop who told me to go immediately She understood and Cared that I was leaving at three AM. .

My Wife is a HUGE Fan of Jenny Minor and the expert advice and care she gives when we come in there with our kids. I am a less frequent visitor, but have recently signed up for the Jenny Fan Club as she is both kind and caring as a healthcare professional. High recommend if you have pharmacy needs! Absolutely terrible. Lost my appointment and then took 25 minutes to (not) give me a flu shot. I recommend finding a 10 year old (any 10 year old) who would be more competent than this.

I've been going to this CVS for many years and I think I'm finally done. The only Reason I've stayed this long is that the head pharmacist, Jenny is amazing. But I don't see her much anymore working. Here are the most recent Reasons I'm leaving.1. CVS doesn't have a warehouse and they frequently run out and can't get drugs such as Ozempic or Mounjaro. Had to go to AtoZ(independent) pharmacy to get the doses CVS didn't have. I waited four months for them to finally fill the script.2. CVS is rotating people through the store that don't know what they are doing. Today I picked up a new prescription. It was more expensive that I thought it should be. I asked the tech, "Did my insurance pick any of the cost up." She gave me a mean look and said, "of course we ran it through your insurance?" I tried to ask again, "This seems like the retail cost, did my insurance pay any of it?" She said, "you got a coupon". I tried several times, until she panicked and ran back to talk to the pharmacist. I asked him, "can you look at the adjudication for this prescription and tell me what my insurance paid on this prescription. " He looked at the tech, turned back to me and said, "You're going to have to ask your insurance company". Tried several more times until he got fed up and walked away. My guess is that he has no clue how to look at the adjudication results.3. The people working there(besides Jenny), don't seem to want to work there. Frequently I get the tech wearing earbuds behind the counter that scowls at you if you look in her direction. Staff is very unhappy and customer service is suffering.4. Over the last year, I've gotten other peoples prescriptions 4 times. The first time this happened, I was home before I noticed and returned the medicine a few days later. The other three times I looked before I left the store.5. The faxes for prescriptions frequently get lost. I don't think it's my doctor, but I guess it could be.CVS, please clean up your act and hire some good people who actually want to work there.

Staff are friendly but I have found (and accidentally purchased) expired drinks multiple times. Be careful when getting anything edible here!

The Pharmacist in this location is useless. Not ready to answer any question. Keep on pushing people. Please don’t send any prescription over here. Just simply waste of time. She will not answer your question.. simply close the store.. this is third time had a very bad experience in this store.

Jenny is literally the best pharmacist ever! I was having a terrible day and she helped me out in every way she could even let me pay for my chips I grabbed while my insurance processed and bagged them for me.
