I had a great experience at this branch! The branch itself is brand new and very nice. I called ahead and despite not being a member the team was nice enough to accommodate my request. Special shoutout to the manager Sohana for all of her help today. She is very friendly and helpful. Thanks again!

I can't speak for Fifth Third Bank in general, but I can speak about Morrisville NC branch.This new branch is excellent. They are a great addition to the area.And they are open on Saturday mornings!I really recommend this location.

After experiencing a terrible experience with another Fifth Third Bank location, the branch manager at the Morrisville location was fantastic in intervening and diligently working to right a wrong, and satisfactorily resolving our issue.
