I bought a pokemon-themed Nintendo Switch and it was defective. This gamestop said that I can only exchange for a regular because they were out and cannot get store credit to order a different one online. They sent me to another location because the other store supposedly had the smash bros version in stock. That store didn't but was able to order one online for me. Not sure why this one couldn't order online. The associates were nice and tried their best. They said there was no store credit option.

Terrible customer service. Lady working on 1/12 at 1:45pm with glasses stayed glued to her phone and didn’t acknowledge me. Very rude to not put the phone down and do your job.

Came into GameStop to do a trade in. Receive a error on my account that the trade in limit was reach (I’ve never made any trade ins at GameStop before) the first associate tried his best while I was in store to rectify the issue. However after making 3 calls to his LP District Manager and store manager no one in the entire company was able to give me a valid or legitimate reason why this occurred. I was suppose to receive a call back which I didn’t. In turn called the store and the female associated told me I was better off calling GameStop customer service number. They completely wasted my time. A 3 day process just to hear call our support line is so unhelpful and frustrating. I’ve spent so much money with GameStop as a company and to know there is no one who can help in truly troublesome. I highly doubt I’ll ever use this company again.

Elli and Alfonso kindly greeted me and my 3 children when we opened the door. There greeting was inviting and set the tone for the rest of our visit. We were then asked by Elli if she could help us. I Asked for help with 3 games and she quickly looked then up and told me the prices. I felt invited to ask her help choosing and she was very informative and helpful. When checking out Alfonso was very patient and helpful with me as I rangled my 3-year-old and 6. This level of hostility provided makes it easier to spend money and clearly set a course for me to come back. Thank you!I have not been in a video game shop since adolescence, as me and my kids are gaining interest in video games and pokeman cards, this really was a magical experience. I hope to have some fun time playing these games and visiting the store.

Kids waited all weekend to get a Zelda game they wanted. We arrived on Monday at noon when it was supposed to open. Still waiting 30 minutes. I’d give it zero if I could.

If you are open until 9:00… be open… there is someone clearly in the store… sitting at the counter… but the door is locked at 7:43… Sat Feb 18… I understand people are sort staffed… but if there is staff here…it’s not exactly a place that needs loads of employees…fairly irritating!
