I am telling you for what my family member pays in rent a month they should not deal with any issues what so ever. When someone complains about an issue fix it especially for the price you charge someone your tenants should not have any issues that was not handled right away!!! Respectfully learn to respect your tenants and their rights!!

Everything has been going well. It's a secure environment with a vibrant community. After nearly four years of living at Grace Park, I have not encountered any of the typical landlord, tenant, property, or safety problems that often arise in these rental situations, so they have consistently met my expectations. Coming from the bustling streets of NYC, my assessment here is as genuine as it gets. (We are very discerning in our reviews, relying on real, substantial experiences—no nonsense. Fluff is not in our nature!) My only concern is the lack of intercom service to ensure packages reach our apartment doors.

I really appreciate Eduardo taking his time helping me with a work order. He is really respectful and friendly. He also gave me a follow up information and care instructions. Communication is key for me and he gave me that. Thank you!!

All I can say is roaches that they can't get rid of. Terminex won't even listen to your concerns. Excuse is that they come from outside. You explain that you literally saw one come from the vent in the ceiling. Told it is not possible. It is if they are coming from another unit. Just done with this place. Been dealing with this since I moved in in February. April of next year cant come fast enough.
Previous update: I worked with Heather, the manager at Grace Park, and was able to resolve the issues with the application I initially had. She was completely nice and understanding. I'm happy that I can change my review from one to a five-star. Entire staff understood that moving is stressful and wanted to make sure I actually got accepted into their nice community. Thank you, and Happy Thanksgiving.

Have lived at Grace Park for five years and have never been happier. The location is perfect (gym, restaurants, grocery store, dentist, Starbucks, Jersey Mike's) all within walking distance. The overall area is perfect and the staff at Grace Park are nothing short of exceptional.

I just moved in about a week ago and I have no complaints. The move in process was really easy and everyone was very welcoming. The location of the apartments are in a really good spot too. Heather has been the best, any questions we have she answers quick and there was one time where my roommate and I were confused on something and she called and explained it to us in more detail. That says a lot about Heather and grace park apartments as a whole. So far a great experience.

I first contacted GP residential office at 4:59 on a Saturday night with an availability question. Although I wanted to be quick, Erika was super nice and took time to answer my questions patiently. I ended up renting before setting foot on the property. Thankfully, it has been a wonderful move. I have been here for a little over a month and have had a series of unfortunate events. Not all apartment related. Any small issue (like no ladder to change a light bulb) have all been taken care of in a timely manner. Maintenance staff are polite and respectful. Even stopping to follow up with me as I was walking the dog. My family and I had the chance to check out the resident lounge recently and we're very pleased with how well maintained the area is. I'm looking forward to try out the dog spa! The only complaint i have heard from any resident is in regards to packages being mis-delivered. Thay is more of a courier issue though. Over all, I'm happy to be at Grace Park.

Grace Park have been such an amazing place to live, there is so much to do and the apartments are awesome. I couldn’t have picked a better place to live, staff is amazing and the atmosphere is just incredible !!!

We performed a large paving project at Grace Park and it was an absolute pleasure to work with Heather and her team. Heather is organized, helpful, friendly, and coordinated a complicated project that impacted residents, tenants and the public seamlessly and with a smile on her face. Erika always went above and beyond and was a friendly face in the leasing office. She would even come out to check on our guys and gave them water on brutally hot days! And Michael was a dream maintenance coordinator. He was always early and not only responsive, but eager to help. Grace Park is a wonderful community and the people who work there are clearly the reason why!

I moved in recently (about a week ago), and I have been pleasantly surprised by the hospitality that Erika has shown during this move-in period.
She was always friendly, responsive, and willing to problem solve.
Although I've only been here for a week (I will try and update my review after some more time has passed), I've been totally happy with the location, apartment, internet (Google Fiber is great!), and lease terms. One small specific example, it's nice that I can choose to just hop onto a community renter's insurance plan instead of worrying about finding my own in time (I was having some troubles with my existing provider).
Overall, I've had a great experience so far at Grace Park, and I'm excited to see what the future holds!

We had been to Grace park and met Erika at the front office. She was gracious and helpful. That was the first impression of Grace park's leasing staff :)
She was very informative, attentive and answered all our questions and concerns. She suggested us, the best possible options for our needs and availability at Grace park. We are most likely applying to Grace park Apartments for a rental property. Thanks Erika for helping with the application.
